Claims (15)
- 벌크 초소수성 코팅 조성물.
페인트, 에폭시, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 코팅 물질과;
소수성 코팅 층이 침착된 다공성 입자로서, 상기 코팅된 다공성 입자들은 적어도 100㎚ 내지 약 10㎛의 범위에 있는 입자 크기와 복수의 나노 공극을 특징으로 하고, 상기 나노 공극 중 적어도 일부는 다공성을 통한 흐름을 제공하는 것인, 다공성 입자, 및
상기 다공성 입자의 상기 나노 공극 내에서 피닝되고,

상기 다공성 입자들은 상기 연속적 돌출성 물질 상에 배열된 에칭 부분을 더 포함하고, 함몰성 연속적 물질로부터의 상기 에칭 부분은 상기 돌출성 물질과 서로 스며드는, 벌크 초소수성 코팅 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,

상기 오일은 비영양성 오일을 포함하는, 벌크 초소수성 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 오일은 비휘발성 직쇄 및 측쇄 알칸, 알켄, 및 알킨; 직쇄 및 측쇄 알칸, 알켄 및 알킨의 에스테르; 폴리실록산, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 오일을 포함하는, 벌크 초소수성 코팅 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,

소수성 코팅 층이 침착된 복수의 다공성 입자를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 코팅된 다공성 입자는 적어도 100㎚ 내지 약 10㎛의 범위에 있는 입자 크기와 복수의 나노 공극을 특징으로 하고, 상기 나노 공극 중 적어도 일부는 다공성을 통한 흐름을 제공하며, 상기 다공성 입자들은 또한 연속적 돌출성 물질을 포함하는 복수의 이격된 나노 구조의 피쳐를 특징으로 하는 단계;
상기 다공성 입자의 상기 나노 공극 내에 피닝된 피닝 조성물을 피닝하는 단계로서, 상기 피닝 조성물은 오일, 용매, 알콜, 계면 활성제, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 단계;
상기 피닝 조성물의 적어도 일부가 증발하도록 함으로써, 나노 구조의 피쳐 중 적어도 일부를 노출시키는 단계; 및
이어서, 페인트, 에폭시, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 코팅 물질에 복수의 다공성 입자를 추가하는 단계를 포함하는, 벌크 초소수성 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법.
