Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a condition suitable for cleaning during dilution, thereby adjusting a portion overused by a consumer to provide a satisfactory performance by not being used for cleaning in a cleaning process, reducing the amount of waste of a wasted cleaning component, To a liquid detergent composition which maintains transparency of the liquid detergent and is excellent in phase stability.
Conventional powdered detergents have been poor in storage stability due to scattering of powder, absorption of moisture during long-term storage and formation of lumps, and the use of liquid laundry detergents is increasing in domestic and worldwide. However, these liquid detergents require appropriate viscosity in terms of being able to be used and stored for a long time without deterioration such as phase separation due to storage stability and viscosity stability under various climatic conditions. Also, detergent and alkali substance . Thus, in the case of liquid detergents, thickeners, surfactants and alkaline materials are included which make the phase of the liquid detergent opaque.
However, consumers have been perceived to want liquid detergent compositions to be relatively clear, and in particular transparent compositions are advantageously used to provide an aesthetic indication of purity to the consumer. Therefore, it has been required to develop a liquid detergent composition which can maintain the proper viscosity while maintaining the transparency of the liquid detergent, thereby increasing the cleaning power while securing the phase stability.
In order to remedy this, U.S. Pat. No. 6,897,253 discloses a substantially crosslinked alkali-swellable acrylate copolymer rheology modifier, water, an alkaline substance, and a compound which is effective to stabilize or suspend a substantially insoluble compound A positive surfactant is disclosed.
Such cross-linked carboxyl group-containing polymers have heretofore been used as thickeners for various aqueous solutions. For example, US Patent Nos. 2798053, 2923692, 4267103, and 4923940 disclose copolymers of?,? - unsaturated carboxylic acids and polyallyl ethers, such as acrylic acid, In Japanese Patent No. 2958679, a copolymer of an alpha, beta -unsaturated carboxylic acid and hexaallyltrimethylenetrisulfone is known as a crosslinking type carboxyl group-containing polymer.
These crosslinking type carboxyl group-containing polymers are used in neutralization tanning liquids after neutralization with alkali to dissolve in water and are used for the use of suspension stabilizers such as thickeners, emulsions and suspensions. When the crosslinking type carboxyl group-containing polymer is dissolved in water Precipitates tend to be formed, and once a mass is formed, a gel phase layer is formed on the surface thereof, which slows down the penetration of water into the interior thereof, which makes it difficult to obtain a homogeneous solution.

As an embodiment of the present invention, among the examples of the thickener, a water-soluble acrylic copolymer which is non-crosslinked is preferable, and in particular, a non-cross-linked acrylic acid / ethylacrylate copolymer is used as a thickener Is preferably used. Conventionally, a thickener has been used to increase the viscosity of a liquid detergent composition, but the viscosity of the liquid detergent composition is not increased, and a falling phenomenon occurs to deteriorate the properties of the product. The technology of the existing patent uses phosphate which is a concern in terms of environment. The non-crosslinked water-soluble acrylic copolymer used as a conventional thickener when the proper concentration ratio of an alkaline substance other than phosphate to a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant is used according to the present invention maintains the transparency of the liquid detergent composition, . The effect of the present invention is that the non-crosslinked water-soluble acrylic copolymer acts to enhance the elasticity of the micelles generated when two or more surfactants are mixed, thereby stabilizing the structure of the surfactant to maintain a soluble and easily dispersible liquid detergent composition So that it can ultimately maintain visible transparency.

Evaluation of Examples and Comparative Examples
The following evaluations were carried out on the liquid detergent compositions of the above Comparative Examples and Examples.
1. pH 측정1. pH measurement
The pH values of the respective Examples and Comparative Examples were measured in order to confirm that transparency and stability were maintained even under alkaline conditions. The pH values were measured using a pH meter (Orion 550A) manufactured by Thermo Co., and the results are shown in Table 3 below.
In Table 3, it can be seen that the pH of Example 1, Example 2 and Comparative Example is high, and it is possible to compare the phase stability and transparency of the liquid detergent composition on the premise that the pH is high.
2. Evaluation of transparency
Transparency is measured in terms of the turbidity of the detergent stock solution at 455 nm using a HACH 2100AN Turbidimeter (according to USEPA method 180.1) and is shown in Table 4 below.
According to the above Table 4, although all of Example 1, Example 2 and Comparative Example contained 0.21 wt% of the same amount of the non-crosslinked water-soluble polymer, the anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant were mixed at an appropriate concentration ratio Examples 1 and 2 show that the liquid phase is transparent while the liquid phase is opaque in the comparative example that does not meet this ratio. This is because transparency is maintained not only in the presence of an uncrosslinked acrylic acid / ethyl acrylate copolymer used as a thickener, but also in an appropriate concentration ratio of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant of 1: 2 to 1: 3, To a high level.
3. Stability Assessment
Assuming conditions that may appear when the user uses and stores liquid detergent, storage stability is confirmed. Each of the liquid detergent compositions of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example was placed in a transparent PET container in an amount of 100 g each, and kept under various conditions. In the visual observation at the time of appearance, the subject to be identified is checked for deterioration such as separation of the contents, and the results are shown in Table 5 below.
4. Evaluation of cleaning force
The detergency of the liquid detergent was evaluated by a Terg-o-tometer for laboratory use. Washing force The measuring temperature was 20 ° C at 100 rpm. The amount of sample used was 1 g of sample in 1 L of water, washing time was 10 minutes, and rinsing was carried out twice for 3 minutes each. The artificial contaminated cloth used in the measurement was a wet artificial contaminated cloth of the Japan Cleanup Association. Wet artificial contamination was 5cm x 5cm and 8 pieces were used per sample. For each contaminated cloth before and after washing, the washing effect was measured by measuring the Wb value with a color difference meter (Nippon denshoku) and using the following formula 1. The comparative detergent was a standard liquid detergent of Korean industrial standard synthetic detergent. In comparison with the detergent, the washing detergent showed good results when the detergent was superior to the detergent, and the failure was indicated when the detergent was not predominant.
5. Results of stability and detergency evaluation
