Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 주행 중 변속이 이루어질 때, EV 주행모드에서 HEV 주행모드 천이(진입)가 요청되는 경우, 변속이 종료되는 시점까지 HEV 진입 요청을 지연시키는 제어를 함으로써, 불필요 엔진 기동을 방지하여 운전성 및 연비를 동시에 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법을 나타낸 제어 블럭도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법으로서, HEV 주행모드 진입 판단용 릴레이를 리셋시키는 방법을 나타낸 순서도,
도 4는 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입시 문제점을 설명하는 파형도,
도 5는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 전달 계통도.
Claims (3)
- 하이브리드 차량의 주행시 변속 종료 여부를 판단하는 단계와;
EV 주행모드에서 HEV 주행모드로의 진입 요청 존재 여부를 판단하는 단계와;
엔진 클러치가 락업 상태인지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 변속이 미종료 상태에서 HEV 주행모드 진입 요청이 존재하는 동시에 엔진 클러치가 락업 상태이면, HEV 진입 요청을 변속 종료 시점까지 지연시키는 제어가 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 HEV 진입 요청을 변속 종료 시점까지 지연시키는 제어는:
HEV 주행모드 진입 판단용 릴레이를 리셋시키는 방법에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 릴레이를 리셋시키는 방법은:
릴레이로 들어온 리셋 입력신호값와, 기 설정된 릴레이 온 값을 비교하는 단계와;
비교 결과, 리셋 입력신호값이 릴레이 온 값보다 크면 릴레이를 온시키고, 리셋 입력신호값이 기 설정된 릴레이 오프값보다 작거나 릴레이 온값과 릴레이 오프값 사이이면 릴레이를 오프시키는 단계;
로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 HEV 진입 제어 방법.
