Claims (15)
- 강으로서,

C: 0.11 ~ 0.16 %;
Si: 0.1 ~ 0.3 %;
Mn: 1.4 ~ 1.9 %;
Al: 0.02 ~ 0.1 %;
Cr: 0.45 ~ 0.85 %;
Ti: 0.025 ~ 0.06 %;
B: 0.0008 ~ 0.002 %, 및
잔부 Fe 와 제조 관련 이유로 불가피한 불순물들의 조성을 가지고, 상기 불순물들은 이들 함량에 대해,
P: ≤ 0.02 %
S: ≤ 0.003 %
N: ≤ 0.008 %
Mo: ≤ 0.1 % 를 각각 적용하는 한 인, 황, 질소 또는 몰리브덴의 함량을 포함하는, 강. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 강 제품은 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 한 항에 따른 조성, 및 베이나이틱 페라이트를 포함하는 60 ~ 90 부피% 의 페라이트, 10 ~ 40 부피% 의 마텐자이트, 5 부피% 까지의 잔류 오스테나이트, 및 제조 관련 이유로 불가피한 5 부피% 까지의 다른 조직 성분들로 구성된 미세조직을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 강 제품의 항복 강도 (Rp0.2) 는 적어도 440 MPa 이고, 상기 강 제품의 인장 강도는 적어도 780 MPa 이고, 파괴 후 상기 강 제품의 연신율 (A80) 은 적어도 14 % 이고, 상기 강 제품의 n10-20/Ag 값은 적어도 0.11 이고 상기 강 제품의 BH2 값은 적어도 25 MPa 인, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 따라 이루어진 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 1 차 제품을 형성하도록 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 한 항에 따라 구성된 강을 주조하는 가공 단계;
b) 2 ~ 5.5 ㎜ 의 두께를 가지는 열간 스트립을 형성하도록 상기 1 차 제품을 열간 압연하는 가공 단계로서, 초기 열간 압연 온도는 1,000 ~ 1,300 ℃ 이고 최종 열간 압연 온도는 840 ~ 950 ℃ 인, 상기 1 차 제품을 열간 압연하는 가공 단계;
c) 480 ~ 650 ℃ 의 코일링 온도에서 코일을 형성하도록 상기 열간 스트립을 코일링하는 가공 단계;
d) 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 0.6 ~ 2.4 ㎜ 두께로 형성하도록 상기 열간 스트립을 냉간 압연하는 가공 단계로서, 냉간 압연에 의해 달성되는 냉간 압연 정도는 35 ~ 80 % 인, 상기 열간 스트립을 냉간 압연하는 가공 단계;
e) 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 연속 어닐링하는 가공 단계로서,
e.1) 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 처음에 예열 스테이지에서 0.2 ~ 45 ℃/s 의 가열 속도로 870 ℃ 까지의 예열 온도로 가열되고,
e.2) 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 그 후 홀딩 스테이지에서 8 ~ 260 초의 어닐링 기간 동안 750 ~ 870 ℃ 의 어닐링 온도로 홀딩되고, 예열된 플랫 강 제품은 선택적으로 상기 홀딩 스테이지 내에서 각각의 어닐링 온도로 마무리 가열되고,
e.3) 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 상기 어닐링 기간 종료 후 0.5 ~ 110 K/s 의 냉각 속도로 냉각되는, 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 연속 어닐링하는 가공 단계를 포함하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 가공 단계 a) 와 상기 가공 단계 b) 사이에서, 상기 1 차 제품은 300 ℃ 이상의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 가공 단계 a) 와 상기 가공 단계 b) 사이에서, 상기 1 차 제품은 60 ℃/h 이하의 냉각 속도로 실온으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 가공 단계 b) 전, 상기 1 차 제품은 500 분까지의 가열 기간 동안 각각의 초기 열간 압연 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은, 상기 가공 단계 e.3) 으로부터 연속 흐름으로 뒤따르는, 열간 침지 코팅 (hot-dip coating) 을 거치고,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품이 상기 가공 단계 e.3) 에서 냉각되는 온도는 455 ~ 550 ℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 상기 가공 단계 e.3) 에서 실온으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 가공 단계 a3) 에서 적어도 2 개의 냉각 단계들로 실온으로 냉각되고,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 제 1 가공 단계에서 250 ~ 500 ℃ 로 냉각되고 상기 온도 범위에서 최대 760 초 동안 홀딩되고,
상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 그 후 실온으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
실온으로 냉각한 후, 상기 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품은 금속성 보호 코팅으로 전기분해 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 압연된 플랫 강 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
