Claims (15)
- 핫 와이어 용례에 사용하기 위한 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)로서,
단위 길이당 제1 저항을 갖는 제1 섹션; 및
단위 길이당 상기 제1 저항보다 높은 단위 길이당 제2 저항을 갖는 제2 섹션
을 포함하며,
상기 제2 섹션은 상기 핫 와이어 용례 동안 상기 제1 섹션 전에 용융되도록 구성되어 있는 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 저항률과 상기 제2 섹션의 저항률은 동일하며, 상기 제2 섹션은 상기 제1 섹션의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 갖는 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션은 상기 제1 섹션을 용융시키는 데 필요한 전력 레벨의 75% 내지 95%인 전력 레벨에서 용융되고, 및/또는 상기 제1 섹션의 길이(L)가 상기 제1 섹션의 직경의 -25% 내지 +25%의 범위이며, 및/또는 상기 제1 섹션의 단위 길이당 저항이 상기 제2 섹션의 단위 길이당 저항의 5% 내지 45%의 범위인 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 용가재의 저항률과 상기 제2 섹션의 용가재의 저항률이 서로 다른 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션의 단면적과 상기 제1 섹션의 단면적이 동일한 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션에서의 상기 용가재의 밀도와 상기 제1 섹션에서의 상기 용가재의 밀도가 서로 다른 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션에서의 상기 용가재의 재료 조성과 상기 제1 섹션에서의 상기 용가재의 재료 조성이 서로 다른 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션은 상기 제1 섹션을 용융시키는 데 필요한 전력 레벨의 75% 내지 95%의 전력 레벨에서 용융되는 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 단위 길이당 저항이 상기 제2 섹션의 단위 길이당 저항의 5% 내지 45%의 범위인 것인 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C).
- 적어도 하나의 가공물(115)을 가열하며 용융 퍼들(145)을 생성하는 고강도 열원;
상기 용융 퍼들로 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)를 공급하는 와이어 피더;
상기 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)에 작동 가능하게 연결되며, 상기 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)를 가열하도록 상기 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)를 통해 가열 전류를 공급하는 핫 와이어 전원부(170)
를 포함하며, 상기 필러 와이어(140, 140A, 140B, 140C)는,
단위 길이당 제1 저항을 갖는 제1 섹션과,

상기 제2 섹션은 상기 핫 와이어 용례 동안 상기 제1 섹션 전에 용융되도록 구성되어 있는 것인 핫 와이어 시스템(100). - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 적어도 일부(10, 20)는, 상기 제1 섹션이 상기 용융 퍼들(145)에 들어갈 때 고체이고,
상기 용접 퍼들(145)이 상기 제1 섹션의 상기 부분(10, 20)을 용융시켜 흡수하는 것인 핫 와이어 시스템(100). - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 저항률과 상기 제2 섹션의 저항률이 동일하고,
상기 제2 섹션은 상기 제1 섹션의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 갖는 것인 핫 와이어 시스템(100). - 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 전류는 상기 제1 섹션을 융융시키는 데 필요한 전력 레벨의 75% 내지 95%의 전력 레벨에서 상기 제2 섹션을 용융시키는 것인 핫 와이어 시스템(100).
- 적어도 하나의 가공물을 용융 퍼들로 가열하는 단계;
상기 용융 퍼들에 필러 와이어를 공급하는 단계;
핫 와이어 전원부에 가열 전류를 공급하여 상기 필러 와이어를 가열하는 단계
를 포함하며, 상기 필러 와이어는,
단위 길이당 제1 저항을 갖는 제1 섹션과,
단위 길이당 상기 제1 저항보다 높은 단위 길이당 제2 저항을 갖는 제2 섹션을 포함하며,
상기 제2 섹션은 상기 핫 와이어 용례 동안 상기 제1 섹션 전에 용융되도록 구성되어 있는 것인 핫 와이어 시스템에서 필러 와이어를 사용하는 방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션의 저항률과 상기 제2 섹션의 저항률이 동일하며,
