Claims (20)
- 하부측(8) 및 상부측(6)을 가지고, 적어도 상기 상부측(6)에 인쇄 가능한 캐리어 물질(4);
활성화될 수 있는 것으로서, 상부측(6)에 구비된 접착층(12) 및 하부측(8)에 구비된 접착층(10)을 포함하는 아이템(18) 마킹용 라벨. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상부측(6) 및 하부측(8)의 접착제들은 상기 접착제들이 서로 연결되는 방식으로 서로 상용화되는 라벨.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상부측(6) 및 하부측(8)에 구비된 접착제들은 동일한 종류 또는 동일한 접착제들인 라벨.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하부측(8)에 구비된 접착제가 활성화될 수 있는 라벨.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어 물질(4)은 필름이고, 특히 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK), 폴리에테르이미드(PEI), 폴리이미드(PI), 코폴리카보네이트(COC), 폴리페닐 설피드(PPS), 설폰 고분자(sufonepolymer) 및 폴리설폰(polysulfone)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 필름인 라벨.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제거 가능한 라이너(20, 22)가 하부측(8)의 접착층(10) 및/또는 상부측(6) 의 접착층(12)에 구비되는 라벨.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라벨을 복수 가지고, 상기 라벨(2)은, 하부측(8)에 구비된 접착층(10)으로 라이너 상에 제거 및/또는 분리될 수 있는 방식으로 배열되어 있는 접착층 시트 물질.
- 외과용 기구의 개별화 마킹을 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라벨의 용도.
- a) 인쇄 가능한 상부측 및 하부측을 가지는 캐리어 시트를 제공하고, 상기 하부측 상에 접착층이 구비되며;
b) 마킹으로 상부측을 인쇄하고;
c) 캐리어 시트의 인쇄된 상부측에 접착층을 적용하며;
d) 캐리어 시트의 각 라벨들을 펀칭하는 것을 포함하는 아이템 마킹용 라벨(2)의 제조방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 라이너 상의 접착층을 포함하는 전사롤의 형태로, 단계 a)에서 캐리어 시트의 하부측의 접착층이 도입되는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 단계 c)에서 접착층의 적용은 라이너 상에 접착층을 포함하는 전사 시트를 공급하여 수행되며, 상기 접착층은 캐리어 시트의 상부측에 적층되고, 상기 전사 시트의 라이너는 적층 후 단계 d) 전에 제거되는 방법.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 d) 후에, 추가 단계 e)에서 상부측의 접착층에 라이너가 적용되는 방법.
- a) 라이너를 제공하고;
b) 상기 라이너 상에 접착층을 제공하며;
c) 접착제가 코팅된 라이너 상에 인쇄 가능한 상부측 및 하부측을 가지는 캐리어 시트를 배열하고;
d) 상기 접착제가 코팅된 라이너 상에 상기 캐리어 시트에 인접하는 추가 라이너를 배열하는 것을 포함하는 방법. - 제 16 항에 있어서, 후속 인쇄를 위한 인쇄 윈도우가 캐리어 시트의 인쇄 가능한 상부측에 구비되고, 상응하는 접착 윈도우가 추가 라이너 상에 구비되며, 상기 인쇄 윈도우 및/또는 접착 윈도우는 바람직하게는 펀칭되어 있는 방법.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서, 인쇄 윈도우 및 접착 윈도우 사이에, 상기 인쇄 윈도우의 인쇄 가능한 상부측에 상기 접착 윈도우의 접착층이 배열할 수 있게 접선을 따라 서로에 대해 접혀질 수 있는 접착 윈도우 및 인쇄 윈도우를 각 라벨 용지가 포함하도록 상기 접선이 구비되는 방법.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착층이 라이너와 제공되는 방법.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (i) 라벨 용지를 분리하기 위한 분리 라인, (ii) 인쇄 윈도우, (iii) 접착 윈도우 및/또는 접선을 제조하기 위한 구멍을 뚫는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
