상기 M은 적어도 나트륨(Na)을 포함하는, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광원(10)은 청색 광원 광(11)을 생성하도록 구성되고, 상기 광원(10) 및 상기 광 변환 층(20)은 백색 조명 유닛 광(101)을 제공하도록 구성된, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 미립자 발광 물질(50)은 가넷(garnet)을 함유하는 3가 세륨(cerium), 질화물(nitride)을 함유하는 2가 유로퓸(europium), 산화질화물(oxynitride)을 함유하는 3가 세륨, 및 산화질화물을 함유하는 2가 유로퓸으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 발광 물질(50)을 포함하는, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 변환 층(20)은 적어도 10wt.%의 알칼리 실리케이트를 포함하고, 상기 광 변환 층에서 상기 발광 물질에 대한 상기 알칼리 실리케이트의 중량 비는 20:1-1:20의 범위에 속하는, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 변환 층(20)은 유리 섬유들(glass fibers)을 더 포함하는, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 변환 층(20)의 다운스트림에 구성된 투과성 광학 요소(60)를 더 포함하고, 상기 투과성 광학 요소(60)는 돔(61), 코팅(62) 및 서포트(30)로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것인, 조명 유닛(100). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광 변환 층(20)이 상기 광원(10)으로부터 떨어져 있도록 구성된, 조명 유닛(100). - 기판(70)에 광 변환 층(20)을 제공하는 프로세스로서,
상기 광 변환 층(20)은 입자들(50)을 포함하는 발광 물질을 함유하는 알칼리 실리케이트 매트릭스(40)를 포함하고, 상기 프로세스는 미립자 발광 물질(50), 알칼리 실리케이트 매트릭스 전구체 액체(precursor liquid), 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 다른 성분들을 혼합하고, 선택적으로 하나 이상의 부가적인 프로세스 단계들 후에 그에 따라 획득된 혼합물을 상기 기판의 표면(75)에 적용하고, 그에 따라서 형성된 층을 건조하여, 상기 광 변환 층(20)을 제공하는 것을 포함하는, 프로세스. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 기판(70)은 LED, 투과성 서포트 또는 웨이퍼를 포함하는, 프로세스. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
알칼리 산화물에 대한 실리콘 이산화물의 분자량 비는 2:1-4:1의 범위 내에 속하는, 프로세스. - 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
