- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 절연물질은,
상기 전극탭 또는 상기 리드부의 표면에 형성되는 산화막인 전극조립체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 전극은 양극이며,
상기 절연물질층은 알루미늄 산화막(Al2O3)인 전극조립체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 용접면에 존재하는 절연물질층은,
용접면 외에 존재하는 절연물질층의 농도에 0.01~0.9의 비율인 전극조립체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 용접면에는 알루미늄산화막이 레이저에 의해 제거되어 상기 전극탭면과 상기 리드부면이 직접 용접되는 구조인 전극조립체.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 용접면을 제외한 전극탭 및 리드부 면의 알루미늄 산화막의 두께는,
7nm~400nm 인 전극조립체.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항의 전극조립체를 수용하는 파우치;
상기 파우치의 내부 또는 외부에 전극탭과 리드부가 용접되는 용접영역을 적어도 1 이상 구비하는 이차전지.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 전극조립체는,
권취형, 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 이차전지.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
양극 집전체 상에 코팅되는 양극 슬러리가 양극 활물질로서, Li2MnO3 및 LiMO2를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.(M은 전이금속원소임)
- 청구항 7의 이차전지를 포함하는 전지모듈 및 다수의 전지의 모듈을 포함하는 전지팩으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 전기화학소자.
- 전극집전체와 연결되는 전극탭 표면 또는 상기 전극탭과 연결되는 리드부의 표면에 레이저를 인가하여 산화막을 제거하는 공정;
상기 산화막이 제거된 영역을 기준으로 상기 전극탭과 리드부를 밀착하여 초음파 용접을 수행하는 공정;
을 포함하는 이차전지의 제조공정.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 산화막을 제거하는 공정은,
용접영역의 상기 전극탭 표면 또는 리드부의 표면이 노출되도록 레이저로 산화막을 제거하는 공정인 이차전지의 제조공정.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 전극탭은 양극의 전극탭이며, 상기 산화막은 은 Al2O3인 이차전지의 제조공정.
