Claims (16)
- 수소화분해 방법으로서,
(a) 탄화수소 공급원료 및 중질 바닥 부분 재순환 스트림을 수소-풍부 가스와 조합하여 탄화수소 공급원료 및 수소를 포함하는 혼합물을 얻는 단계,
(b) 탄화수소 공급원료 및 수소를 포함하는 혼합물을 수소화분해 구역에서 촉매학적으로 수소화분해하여 수소화분해 유출물을 얻는 단계,
(c) 분리 구역에서 수소화분해 유출물을 제 1증기부분 및 제 1액체부분으로 분리하는 단계,
(d) 제 1액체부분을 가열하여 기화된 제 1액체부분을 형성하는 단계,
(e) 기화된 제 1액체부분을 분별 섹션의 바닥 구역에서 미전환유를 포함하는 중질 바닥 부분을 포함하는 개별 생성물 부분들을 생성하는 분별 섹션으로 이송하는 단계,
(f) 분별 섹션으로부터 중질 바닥 부분을 회수하는 단계,
(g) 중질 바닥 부분을 스트리핑을 위한 스트림 및 중질 바닥 부분 재순환 스트림으로 분할하는 단계,
(h) 대향류 스트리핑 컬럼에서 스트리핑을 위한 스트림을 스트리핑 매질로 스트리핑하여 오버헤드 증기 및 스트리핑된 액체를 형성하는 단계,

- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트리핑된 액체의 일부는 재순환되고, 스트리핑을 위한 스트림과 조합되고, 대향류 스트리핑 컬럼의 입구로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 스트리핑된 액체 및/또는 스트리핑을 위한 스트림의 재순환부는 중질 바닥 부분과의 열교환에 의해 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트리핑을 위한 스트림은 스트리핑 공정에 앞서 가열되어 그것의 온도를 300℃ 이상, 바람직하게는 320℃ 이상 및 가장 바람직하게는 330℃ 이상과 같이 그것의 포점 이상으로 올리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열에너지는 열교환에 의해 중질 바닥 부분으로부터 스트리핑 매질로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트리핑 매질은 스팀, 바람직하게는 1 내지 20 barg, 더 바람직하게는 3.5 내지 10 barg, 및 가장 바람직하게는 3.5 내지 6 barg의 압력을 갖는 중간 압력 스팀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대향류 스트리핑 컬럼은 트레이 또는 패킹 재료의 형태의 다수 평형 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 스트리핑을 위한 스트림의 흐름 속도는 미전환유의 순퍼지의 원하는 흐름 속도에 따라 흐름 제어 유닛에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급원료는 수소화분해에 앞서 수소화처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트리핑을 위한 스트림을 가열하기 위한 에너지의 일부 또는 모두는 수소화분해 방법으로부터의 하나 이상의 스트림과의 열교환에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트리핑을 위한 스트림의 가열은 반응기 유출물, 가열 매체의 외부 공급원, 고압 스팀, 가열로로부터의 고온 연도가스와의 열교환에 의해, 또는 전기 가열에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
