Description
도 2는 도 1의 몰드 및 그와 인접한 부분에서의 용강의 분포 형태를 보인 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 연속주조 시 몰드 출구에서 형성되는 응고쉘의 두께 예측방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4는 몰드에서 주조속도와 몰드 전열량을 임의의 값으로 하여 수치해석한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 연속주조 시 주조속도를 실시간 측정하는 단계;
몰드 냉각수 유량, 냉각수 밀도, 냉각수의 열용량, 몰드 입측과 출측에서의 몰드 냉각수 온도차, 용강과 접촉하는 몰드 길이, 몰드 폭 중 적어도 어느 하나의 조업변수를 이용하여 몰드 전열량(HF)을 산출하는 단계; 및
상기에서 측정된 주조속도와 상기에서 산출된 몰드 내 전열량을 변수로 하여 몰드 출구에서의 응고쉘 두께를 산출하여 예측하는 단계;를 포함하는 연속주조 시 응고쉘 두께 예측 방법.
