The plurality of containers may be individually or grouped in a seasoning device.
In the case of grouping, for example, a container is grouped into a powder seasoning group, a liquid seasoning group, a long season seasoning group, or a container grouped into an oriental seasoning group, a western seasoning group, a favorite seasoning group, or a occasionally seasoning group. It can be designed to be stuck on.
In Korea, for example, the main sauces used in Korean cuisine include soy sauce, salt, miso, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sesame oil, sesame salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, mustard, vinegar, honey, sugar, green onion, garlic, and ginger.
Soy sauce is a seasoning that matches the seasoning of food so that you can make good food when you have good taste.
Soy sauce is soaked in meju so that the amino acid, sugar, fatty acids, aromatics are produced, and the color becomes blacker as the aminocarbonyl reaction becomes older.
Old soy sauce is used for stewed foods, beef jerky and soy sauce. Soy sauce to determine the taste of food, meju and brine proportions, the salt water concentration to match well and good management during ripening soy sauce can be made.
Salt is a salty base seasoning. Salt is classified into basophils, reflames and sanctions depending on the degree of impurity removal. When you add salt to your food, you should choose the right time. When you mix vegetables, add salt to it to keep the color blue, and when you add salt and sugar, add sugar first.
Soybeans are served with soybeans, then soaked in brine and aged. It is used for stew, soup, etc., and is a good source of protein. On the market, improved doenjang is boiled with rice and traditional doenjang is boiled for a long time.
Gochujang is made of glutinous red pepper paste and malted pepper paste. Mix the red pepper powder, buckwheat powder and salt with each ingredient to mature. Gochujang itself is a side dish, and it is a seasoning that is unique to our country, used as a seasoning for stew and other foods. Peppers that make chili powder are good in color, thick in shell, and shiny.
Sun-dried peppers are much more vitamin-rich and lighter than dried peppers. Grind thickly or finely depending on the application. It is also used as a whole pepper and then chopped or ground. The sesame oil, which is roasted with sesame seeds, has a unique scent and is used as an essential oil for our foods.
Perilla oil from perilla is used a lot when roasting herbs and cooking oil is used a lot when it is cooked. Sesame salt fry sesame seeds, grind it into flour and add a little salt. There are black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds, which are well picked and washed thoroughly, and when it is hot, add salt and grind.
It is generally used for Korean food. Black pepper is sometimes used as a barrel, but ground and ground is usually used for meat or fish. Peeled and ground white pepper, however, is mildly spicy, but can also be used in fish and clean foods. Cinnamon is a dried bark of cassia, which is made into powder and used for rice cakes, abbreviations, etc.
Or boil it with tea. Mustard is made from powdered mustard seeds. Mustard is fermented at about 40 degrees and has a spicy taste. Mustard and cold vegetables should be used after fermenting spicy.
Vinegar is a vinegar and synthetic vinegar. The sour taste of vinegar is acetic acid and synthetic vinegar is chemically synthesized, so it does not contain special trace ingredients such as vinegar or fruit vinegar. Vinegar not only boosts the appetite, but also has the effect of disinfection and antiseptic.
When used in fish dishes, it also eliminates fishy smells and protein solidifies, making fish flesh harder. When using vinegar, add other seasonings first, soak it, and then use vinegar. Sugar is a natural sweetener whose main ingredient is sucrose and has various processing methods.
Brown sugar, brown sugar, and white sugar. Sugar is dehydrated and preserved in addition to gimme, and this physical property is sometimes used in cooking. Honey is a natural sweetener, an old seasoning and sugar is mainly glucose and fructose. In addition to sugar, vitamins and minerals are contained, so digestion is good. It is widely used in confectionery, and is used in vegetables, medicines, and medicines.
The sweetness is softer than the sugar and absorbent. It can also be used with sugar. We use for sweets and stew a lot. We remove bad fishy smell of green onions and fish. The green onion should be clearly distinguished from the blue part. Seasonings are finely sliced and spices are thickened only on the head and finely chopped in garnish. Garlic has sterilization, insect repellent, tonic action, helps digestion and promotes blood circulation.
Ginger is a spice that is essential to meat cooking. It is used in various dishes as a spice and removes the smell of fishy fish and pork. Appetite boosting and body warming, there is a slight action.
Ginger is good for fresh skin with no wrinkles. Sancho leaves and berries are used as spices. Fruits are pickled when they are green, and ripe fruits are dried to make powder and used as seasonings. Sancho powder goes well with Chueotang. In addition, there may be various seasoning materials by country and region, and may be used for various purposes.
Generally, when cooking at home, there are main ingredients for each dish, and various seasoning mixtures are added. For example, two servings of cuttlefish can be the main ingredients, two cutlass, half a radish, half onion, half green onion, two cheongyang peppers, kelp, and one and a half cups of water, and a mixture of 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of red pepper powder,
Slice the onion thickly, chop the leek pepper diagonally, put the radish in a pot, put the onions on top, put the cutlass and pour the above-mentioned marinated marinated mixture. Pour seaweed over it and boil it over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Finally, put green onions and red peppers and simmer it for a bit more. At this time, the important item that determines the amount of cuttlefish is seasoned mixture. The seasoning mixture is usually of various kinds, and the taste of cutlet stew varies greatly depending on the type, amount, and proportion of the seasoning. In addition, it takes considerable effort and time to take out the spices contained in the various containers one by one and remove the caps and weigh them with a measuring spoon to make the seasoning mixture.
Also, unless you always refer to a cookbook, the same person will have a different taste each time you make it, and sometimes there is a chance that you will make a cutlet stew that tastes bad. In addition, you may want to make a more delicious cutlet stew while you cut it, and you can search the Internet, buy expensive cookbooks, or ask someone you know well in order to learn the secrets of someone who is good at cuttlefish. It is also possible.
Even if you've got a good recipe, you'll have to go through a series of iterative tasks to get out about ten different seasoning jars each time to make a spice mixture, pick the lids, weigh the mix, close the lids, and put them back in place.
The present invention is to make it easy and delicious to cook according to a variety of recipes through a device for producing a variety of foods, such as cutlet stew, such as soup, steamed, boiled, seasoned, side dish, etc. in a convenient way. Can be.

At this time, the sound and information such as start, end, chapter, page, etc. can also be output by voice.
Here, the reading e-book has a feature that a voice setting value is assigned to a text in advance.
The designated voice setting value may be modified by the user, and for example, the setting
In addition to text, voice packages are required for the read function.
The voice package decides what kind of voice it will read.
For example, the basic voice package may include voice data in a format such as
The voice package may be provided in the user device or may be provided on the network.
The process of converting text into a voice signal may also be implemented in a user device or in a network, and the result value may be transmitted to the user device.
Each voice data has a sound for each unit of text and outputs the sound for each unit of text or synthesizes a plurality of sounds.
In addition, according to the sentence or the front and rear notes to change the pronunciation of the sound can be output so that the voice naturally sounds in the sentence.
The reading e-book is previously determined by attribute information as to which voice of which voice package the text of the book is to be output before publication.
The user controller extracts the attribute information and reads the read e-book using the voice package stored in the user controller or the network.
There may be other packages in a format similar to the base package.
For example, there may be an advanced package that has a variety of voices and various sound effects, and a voice package is composed of a fairy tale package optimized for reading children's fairy tales and a novel package optimized for reading novels. There may be.
When outputting the reading e-book as a reading function, the
If the optimal package is not provided, it is possible to select a replacement package that can be used as a general alternative or to designate separately for each voice (312).
The
For example, fairy tales, novels, news, and the like can be set.
The voice of the person appearing on the text may be set using the change
For example, if the character is Popeye, it can be set as a young and powerful male voice, or as a male, a voiced actor, or a Han Han Sung.
In this way, you can set the sound effect or set the sound package.
The sound effect package may include a basic sound effect configuration, for example, a sound package such as thunder sound, footprint sound, wind sound, moon sound and cracked sound.
High-level packages that are not basic packages may contain more advanced sounds for those sounds and may contain more diverse kinds of sounds.
You can set the reading speed in the reading setting. You can select the speed of the reading speed (315) or set the target time you want to read all (316). Can be.
If there is no sound package set before the reading book is published or if you want to change to another package, the reading sound package may be added (317).
The read sound package may be set by selecting a package stored in the user control device or searching and selecting or downloading through a network (321).
The package may be added and deleted for each package, and the corresponding voice information may be obtained and set for each specific sound, that is, for each specific character, age, gender, or genre (324).
9 illustrates a step of generating a reading book.
When creating a reading book, obtaining the contents of the book, that is, text and pictures, page information, table of contents, publication information, price, etc., arranging the contents of the book in the display order, and setting the attributes of the text. The method may include a
Transmitting the generated reading book to a server on a network, retrieving the reading book from a user control device, and playing the retrieved reading book in a user control device in order to reproduce the generated reading book in a user control device. Downloading the information, displaying the reading book on the user control device, determining whether the user control device supports the voice property according to the voice property, or displaying the reading book in the text mode by the user control device. Displaying a selection item for the user to select whether to read the text, determining the beginning of the reading mode when the user selects the reading mode, detecting the voice attribute in the text, and displaying the corresponding text according to the detected voice attribute. May include reading.
The setting of the voice attribute may include selecting a voice package, selecting a part of text for setting a specific voice attribute (401), setting a voice attribute (404), and a voice to read a table of contents and a chapter. It may include setting a step, setting a sound indicating the beginning and end of the page and the book.
The setting of the
The sound effects, for example, can be applied to the various sound effects, such as
The step of selecting the role 408 allows to add the features of the specialized area of the voice to read.
For example, narration is a feature that allows users to read the narration's reading features that are familiar to the user.
It can have the same effect as a narration from a morning soap opera, or can be distinguished by a comic narration.
For example, if the attribute of the foreigner is set, when the foreigner learns and speaks Korean, it may be set so that the characteristics of the Korean language including accents of the native language appear.
Selecting a specific person 409 may set a voice of a specific voice actor familiar to people or specified by a user as an attribute.
For example, you can set the voice of a specific person as an attribute, such as Bae Han-sung, Roh Sa-yeon, and Badge Young Announcer.
In
For example, you can set hidden voice attributes, set arrogant voices, decisive voice settings, surprised voice settings, inferior voice settings, loving voice settings, etc. in everyday life when people speak in certain situations.
In
For example, even if you have the same voice, the same mode, the same age, even if the voice can be set faster or slower depending on the situation can be set.
The speed attribute can be absolute speed or relative speed.
Absolute speed is a method that the user control device reads at a constant speed irrespective of the reading speed setting. Relative speed refers to the property of how fast and slow compared to the reference speed.
When the reading speed is changed by the user control device, the reference speed may be changed and thus the speed may be adjusted as a whole.
The
An encoder for encoding a read book may include selecting a range of text for setting a voice property, applying a voice property, and encoding.
The voice attribute applying step includes a recommendation voice package setting step, a gender selection step, an age group selection step, a speaker role or a job selection step, a reading speed selection step, a reading mode selection step, an effect sound setting step, a voice actor designation step, a read delay time setting step It may include.
The read delay time setting step may set an attribute between a period, a comma, an exclamation point, a space, an ellipsis, or a letter and a letter.
The encoding may include inserting text indicating a voice attribute that is not visible to the user but is recognized by the controller.
The reading book encoded by the encoder may be stored in an Internet server, a cloud, a personal storage device, or the like, and may be searched by a user's search device including a user control device.
The reading of the reading book may include searching for an e-voice book to which voice attributes are applied, selecting a part to start reading, receiving data, transmitting a voice signal, and ending time point. Generating a command to store, and displaying a selectable playback speed.
The step of selecting the beginning portion may be selected by selecting the beginning text or searching the beginning text, or analyzing the user's voice and setting the text most relevant to the speech as the beginning or beginning to read the last ending point. Setting to a part.
The data receiving step may include receiving the stored reading book or receiving voice data to which a voice attribute is applied from the inside or the outside.
The speech data to which the speech attribute has been applied includes decoding a read book encoded with the speech attribute, selecting one or more speech packages, generating speech data to which the speech attribute is applied, and alternative speech data if no speech data is to be applied. The method may include applying a voice package and setting a voice package to be applied first when a plurality of voice packages are selected.
The voice signal transmitting step may include outputting through a speaker embedded in a user device including a user control device, outputting through an earphone, or outputting through an external speaker connected through a wired or wireless connection.
The command generation step of storing the end time point may include pressing an end button, turning off a power, or ending a program.
The commercially available device including the user control device may include a display unit, and when the display unit is turned on, a function of displaying a read voice transmission unit on a text may be executed.
While the voice signal is being transmitted, the screen may be turned off while the voice signal is maintained.
In this case, the function of displaying the voice transmission part on the text may be stopped.
When the screen is turned on again, the function of displaying the voice transmission part on the text can be executed.
The selectable playback speed display step may include displaying a reading speed as a predefined step and allowing a user to select or displaying a shortest and longest time for reading a predetermined amount of text and selecting a desired reading time. It may include a step.
When a partial re-read command is input by a button or a voice command of a user, the method may include re-reading from a predetermined time, re-reading from the sentence or previous sentence, or re-reading from the paragraph or the chapter.
In case of partial reread command, if the command point is within a certain letter or a certain time of the currently reading sentence, read it again from the previous sentence. And may reread.
When encoding the text to which the voice attribute is applied, the first text may be the voice of the first user converted into text.
The second text may be a voice of the second user converted into text.
When encoding the first text and the second text by applying the voice property, the first user's voice property and the second user's voice property may be differently encoded.
Reading books not only read text by sound, but also can be configured to display text directly on the display window of the user control device.
At this time, when reading for a long time, it is easy to get tired eyes, but by adjusting the distance that the image is formed on the 3D display screen, eye fatigue can be reduced.
10 illustrates an example of a method of adjusting a distance between images of a book to be read through a 3D screen.
Here, two methods of controlling the distance between the books in the absolute distance mode 431 and the relative distance mode 430 are presented.
For example, if the user is holding the user control cabinet 421 with his arms bent (420), the distance between the book's focus image 422 from the eye is referred to as K, and the distance between the eye and the user control device d, the user control. Assuming that the distance between the device and the book's focus image is D, when the user lifts his arm, that is, when the distance from the eye to the user control device becomes d ', the distance between the book's focus image and the book in the absolute distance mode Becomes K + d'-d and the distance between the book's focus image from the eye is maintained at K in the relative distance mode.
That is, in the absolute distance mode, the distance between the focus image is fixed from the user control device is fixed. In the relative distance mode, the distance between the user control device is adjusted to maintain the distance between the eye and the focus image.
At this time, in order to detect that the distance from the eye to the user control device is changed, a sensor capable of measuring the distance may measure the distance from the user control device to the eye.
In this case, the distance sensor may be an infrared sensor, a camera, an ultrasound, a depth camera, a proximity sensor, a 3D camera, a heat sensor, and the like, and may calculate a distance by capturing a part of a face or a part of a body as well as an eye.
In this case, if the face or body part is not captured by the distance sensor, the relative distance mode can be temporarily released and the absolute distance mode can be operated.
The 3D image may be implemented by changing a position of an image corresponding to the left eye and the right eye on the display unit of the user controller.
That is, when the distance from the user control device is far from the eyes, the distance between the image corresponding to the left eye and the image corresponding to the right eye may be narrowed.
On the contrary, in the relative distance mode, when the distance between the eye and the user control device is changed, the distance between the image corresponding to the right eye and the image corresponding to the left eye is fixed without changing (432).
When the panel is inclined to the left and right at a predetermined angle with the user (423a), the distance between the 'R' image and the 'L' image on the left and right sides of the panel is different so that the focus image 422 is not inclined from the user's point of view. I can regulate it.
Alternatively, when the panel is tilted up and down, the 3D depth values of the top and bottom of the panel may be changed to adjust the focus image 422 to be flat without tilting like the angle of the panel.

13 illustrates an example of selecting a 3D text viewing function in the user controller.
When the user selects the 3D text viewing function, a selection button may be displayed to select whether to set the absolute distance mode (551) or the relative distance mode (552).
Additional features can be displayed, including a description of the relative and absolute distance modes.
A read book mode selection button may be displayed to enable the user to switch to the read mode (554).
When the user selects the absolute distance mode or the relative distance mode, the user may be provided with a distance control user interface for adjusting the distance so that the text forms at the desired distance.
The distance control user interface may display the closest to the farthest distance from which the text of the user control can display in the form of bar (567) or donut (565) and provide a user adjustable button. (566).
In addition, the distance value formed by the phase of the text may be informed to the user in the form of numbers or letters (568).
It may also indicate whether the set distance is a reasonable distance to read the text, or too close (569).
In the relative distance mode, the distance sensor for measuring the distance to the user's face or part of the body may be located on the front, side, top or bottom, or rear of the display of the user control device. Relative distance mode can be realized by measuring distances to parts of the body including hands, face, eyes and foreheads, walls, and desk surfaces.
Displaying a list of digital books including text when executing the 3D text viewing function, selecting a digital book to be read with the 3D text viewing function from the displayed list, and displaying the text of the digital book on a 3D display window. can do.
The displaying of the text of the digital book in the 3D display window may include displaying the focus image of the text on the same level as the panel or on the front or rear of the panel with respect to the 3D display panel.
The distance formed by the focus image may be predefined and may include a step of changing fluidly.
The step of dynamically changing may include manually setting the distance between the focus images to an absolute value based on a panel.
The step of manually setting the distance between the focus image to an absolute value based on the panel may vary the amount of text displayed on the 3D display or the size of the text according to the distance between the panel and the focus image. In this case, the distance between the panel and the focus image may include reducing the amount of displayed text or increasing the size of the text.
The dynamically changing step may include automatically maintaining a constant distance between the user and the focus image.
The step of automatically maintaining a distance between the user and the focus image may include measuring the distance between the panel and the user, checking whether the distance between the user and the panel changes, and changing the distance between the user and the panel. In this case, the method may include adjusting the distance between the panel and the focus image so that the distance between the user and the focus image is maintained.
At this time, even if the distance between the panel and the focus image changes, the amount of text displayed may be maintained.
In this case, when the distance between the panel and the user is out of a certain range, the method may include maintaining the distance between the panel and the focus image at the time of departure.
The method may also include measuring an angle between the panel and the user.
The angle between the panel and the user may be an angle between the panel and the user's eyes.
When the angle between the user and the panel is turned left and right, it may include adjusting the focus image to be perpendicular to the user from the user's point of view.
The adjusting of the focus image to be perpendicular to the user may include varying the distance between the 'L' image and the 'R' image on the left and right sides of the panel.
