Abstract
본원에 의하면, 경도 및 내열성이 우수한 특성을 갖는 생분해성 용기를 성형할 수 있고, 이산화탄소 발생량의 절감 및 식물유래의 천연자원을 이용한 폴리락트산의 사용을 통하여 친환경성 각종 용기를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 성형용기에서 외부의 열 또는 응력에 쉽게 변형되는 것을 방지하기 위해서, 폴리락트산과 생분해성 폴리에스테르와 혼합 및 핵제를 이용한 특정 사출공정에서 성형용기의 결정화도를 급격히 높임으로 고온에서도 사용 가능한 친환경 용기 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 폴리락트산 70 ~ 95 중량부, 결정화 핵제 0.5 ~ 3 중량부, 및 충전제 5 ~ 20 중량부를 포함하는, 생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
생분해성 폴리에스테르 5 ~ 20 중량부, 및 가소제 0.05 ~ 15 중량부를 추가 포함하는,
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결정화 핵제는 방향족 술폰산염인 것인,
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 탈크, 탄산칼슘, 라임스톤, 이산화티타늄, 및 카본블랙으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것인,
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 폴리에스테르는,
폴리히드록시 카르본산, 히드록시카르본산 또는 지방족 다가알코올과 지방족 다가염기산을 포함하는 지방족 폴리에스테르 또는 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르인 것, 또는,
히드록시카르본산 또는 지방족 다가알코올에서 선택되는 모노머 및 지방족 다가염기산에서 선택되는 모노머의 공중합체인 것인,
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
안정화제, 슬립제, 분산제, 커플링제, 산화방지제, 및 UV 안정화제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 첨가제 1 ~ 20 중량부를 추가 포함하는,
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생분해성 수지 조성물을 포함하는,
생분해성 성형 용기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 수지 조성물의 사출시 금형의 온도가 70 ~ 150℃이고, 사출 후 냉각 시간은 20 ~ 120 초인,
생분해성 성형 용기.
