Description

Door stopper apparatus

The present invention relates to a door stopper having a toothed fixed rail and a slider.

Fire doors with door closers are automatically closed and play an important role in the design of fire protection structures.

However, in the case of ventilation, mining and cargo entry and exit, there is a need for a device that prevents the closing force in case of temporary or long opening. Such devices include door stoppers, door releases and automatic door opening and closing devices.

The door stopper is a device that keeps the door open against the force of the door closer. So-called 'horseshoe' which uses the friction of the floor of the building is used a lot, and the door release is a wall that meets the outer plate part of the door when the door is fully opened. Refers to a device that locks by a ring and automatically releases the door by using an electromagnet in case of a fire alarm. The door automatic opening and closing device is a device integrating a door stopper and a door closer.

The above-mentioned door stopper 'horseshoe' is used because of its simple structure and convenience, but it cannot be used in buildings that need to maintain a fire compartment because the door must be operated by a person to close the door, and the door release is installed on the wall of the building. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the door opening angle is one, and the automatic opening and closing device is integrated with the door closer and the stopper, and the structure is complicated, to provide a stopper device that is simple in structure and complementary to the door closer.

The above object can be achieved with the following configuration provided by the present invention.

The stopper according to the present invention,

A rail having a rack is fixed to the inner side of the door, and the ratchet set supported by the slide fitted to the rail is hinged to the support rod, and the ratchet set and the pawl are operated by the ratchet set. It can maintain the open state of, and through the crackdown of the shackle using the solenoid can achieve the purpose by automatically releasing the latch by interlocking with the fire circuit in the event of fire alarm.

Since the structure is relatively simple and additional installation is possible in the existing fire door, it can increase the efficiency of use of the fire door because it can open the emergency stairway door to be closed to maintain the fire compartment simply by interlocking with the fire circuit.

1 is a view showing the movement of the ratchet set according to the open state of the door.
2 is a component diagram of a ratchet set.
3 is a diagram illustrating a rack rail.
4 is a ratchet set element diagram of a simple structure.

Through the accompanying drawings will be described in detail for the door stopper through a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

1 shows how the ratchet set with the slider is moved according to the opening angle of the door.

a) indicates when the door is closed, b) about 60 degrees, and c) about 180 degrees. The ratchet set is supported by an arc-shaped support rod 103 supported by the door frame 104 [Fig. 3]. It can be seen that the rack rail 106 is moved as shown in FIG.

The support rod 103 in the shape is shaped like an arc in order to be able to support the ratchet set 108 even when the door is fully open.

One end of the support rod 103 is connected to the door frame 104 and the fixed hinge 102 and installed in a structure capable of rotating 180 degrees, and the other end of the support rod 103 is moved to the ratchet set 108 at the hinge 101. By installing in a rotatable structure, the support rod can be connected at all positions in which the ratchet set is moved by sliding.

Since the ratchet set 108 is inserted into the rack rail 106, which is a rail having a rack attached to the inside of the door 107, the sliding movement is easy, and thus the door hinge 105 has a door opening and closing. The sliding movement is performed in a certain section during the period.

Through Figure 2 you can see the components of the ratchet set,

The rack set 204 included in the rack rail 106 attached to the inner side of the door is engaged with the pinion 205 which is fixed to the main body of the ratchet set 108 and rotates to open the door. If 108 is said to move to the left, pinion 205 rotates counterclockwise.

Since it is a door stopper, the ratchet pole 203 in contact with the ratchet wheel 201 must not be subjected to any resistance during the opening process, so it is not shown on the figure, but the ratchet pole head or the ratchet pole hinge 206 has an upper portion of the ratchet pole. You need to afford it.

First, in order to leave the stopper in a non-operating state, a force in the direction of pulling the ratchet pole latch 207 is pulled. In this case, the ratchet pole arm 212 is ratchet pole spring pulled by a force exceeding the tension of the latch spring 209. The ratchet pole supported by the ratchet pole hinge 206 is freed from the ratchet wheel 201 because it is pulled under the latching end of the ratchet pole latch 207 by the compressive force of 210 and the ratchet wheel rotates without being restrained. The door can be opened and closed freely.

In order to put the door in the open state by operating the stopper, when the door is opened, the ratchet pole arm 212 is pulled in the direction in which the ratchet pole spring 210 extends, and the ratchet pole latch 208 that is being applied by the latch spring 209 The ratchet pole arm 212 is caught by the latch end of the ratchet pole latch 207 while being pulled inward, and the ratchet pole 203 is caught by the stopper ratchet 201 to prevent the ratchet from rotating clockwise.

Therefore, if the door is closed (clockwise rotation of the stopper wheel) is constrained in the stopper operation position, but not in the opposite direction, the remaining opening angle can be opened without additional manipulation if the door is not opened. have.

Manual operation is possible by exposing the levers attached to the ratchet pole latch 207 and the ratchet pole arm 212 as described above, but when a fire signal is detected, a current flows in the solenoid 211 and the driving rod of the solenoid 211. It pushes and pushes the latch spring 209 supporting the ratchet pole latch 207 to move away from the ratchet pole arm 212 caught on the hook end, and the ratchet pole spring 210 receives the ratchet pole spring 210. When the 203 is freed from the ratchet wheel 201, the door is closed by the pressure of the door check separately installed.

If the door is opened by the action of the stopper and accidentally strongly impacted in the closing or closing direction, it will be economically and timely disadvantageous if the stopper element or support frame is deformed or cracked.

The safety wheel 202 is installed in this case.

The safety wheel 202 is a cylindrical member having a ball or roller groove. The safety wheel 202 is constrained by a key to the pinion shaft while being rotated and compressed to the ratchet wheel 201 by a spring, and is formed between the groove of the ratchet wheel and the groove of the safety wheel 202. Power is transmitted by a ball or roller mounted on it.

When the pinion is rotated with a force less than a certain intensity, the ball inserted into the safety wheel groove rotates the ratchet wheel groove by the tension of the spring. However, when the pinion shaft rotates with a force greater than the limit strength, the spring is pushed and the ball is grooved. It is an element that allows you to roll out of.

Fig. 4 schematically shows the elements of a simple ratchet set without using a pinion gear, in which a ratchet rail using a ratchet gear 301 rather than a rack gear 204 is used for a rail attached to the door.

The ratchet pole 310 which restrains the ratchet rail is directly bitten by the ratchet gear 301. The ratchet pole is semi-fixed to the safety cylinder 309 so as to reciprocate when a force that overcomes the safety spring 308 is applied. In case of forcibly closing, it is possible to set the spring compressive strength by turning the adjusting knob 307 to determine how much the safety load is to prevent damage to the apparatus.

When the door stopper is open, when the intermediate hinge portion of the hinge stopper 305 is bent, the ratchet pole 310 rises toward the spring by the action of the ratchet pole control spring 302 and is separated from the ratchet gear 301 so that there is no action. Keep it.

Moving the stopper closed with the manual handle 306 in order to operate the door stopper, the hinge of the hinge stopper 305 unfolds and pushes the ratchet pole 310 while winning the force of the ratchet pole control spring 302 to push the ratchet gear 301. The hinge stopper 305 is stopped in a state where the balance point is reached and spread in a straight line under the pressure of the ratchet pole control spring 302 and the pressure of the ratchet pole buffer spring 304.

In this state, when the load acts in the direction of opening the door, the lower surface of the ratchet pole 310 is pushed upward by the ratchet gear, and the pushing force is the ratchet pole buffer spring 304 while the ratchet pole 310 is compressed. The door will open naturally by moving to the top.

When a fire occurrence signal is issued while the door is open (door stopper closed) due to the action of the door stopper, power is supplied from the fire receiver and the supplied power operates the solenoid 303 to push the hinge stopper 305 to the solenoid arm. When the inner hinge portion is bent, the force of the ratchet pole control spring 302 acts to remove the ratchet pole 310 from the ratchet gear 301 so that the door stopper is opened and the door is closed by the force of the separately installed door closer. do
