Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a road heating device and a road surface anti-ice system using the same, and more specifically, used as a road paving material such as a sidewalk block or a stepping bridge to form a road surface, or in contact with an existing sidewalk block and directly supply electricity in winter. It is a function that can remove or prevent snow accumulation or ice that occurs during the road surface condition in winter with the heating function according to the function, and it is possible to quickly and easily remove or remove the sidewalk or roadway for pedestrians or vehicles. In addition, the present invention relates to a road heating device and a road surface anti-ice system using the same, which can maintain the state of the road surface in an economical manner suitable for walking or driving environment.
Depending on the weather conditions, if there is water on the sidewalk or road, or if snow accumulates or freezes, it acts as a risk factor for walking or driving a vehicle. For example, snowfall on winter roads can cause a lot of problems for people or vehicles, and often lead to big accidents. To prevent this situation
In general, when snow falls, spraying calcium chloride or the like on sidewalks or roads to remove snow melts accumulated snow and prevents freezing.
However, this method of snow removal does not only incur huge manpower and costs nationwide, but also when the temperature drops, the melted snow turns to ice after snow removal, causing freezing on the sidewalk or road surface, resulting in various accidents. . In addition, repeated freezing of the road surface adversely affects the durability of the road, such as settlement or cracking of the road.
Therefore, there is a need for a method for more effective snow removal and freezing prevention from the method of spraying calcium chloride which is currently used for snow removal and freezing prevention. In response to these demands, methods are currently being developed for snow removal and freezing of roads.
For example, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-1994-26315 (published Dec. 9, 1994) discloses a device for preventing freezing of roads using geothermal heat. (Patent Publication 10-2009-0104930)
This method uses a heat generated when the heat exchange medium is filled in the basement of the road and the heat exchange medium is evaporated by the geothermal heat to condense on the pavement of the road, thereby preventing freezing of the road. Relates to a device.
However, this can theoretically prevent freezing of the road without the use of separate power or maintenance costs, but in practice it is a heat exchange medium that rises and warms up with geothermal heat underground and a heat exchange medium that cools down in the pavement of the road. Do not circulate smoothly, but are intermingled with each other in the middle of the vertical tube. Therefore, there may be a problem that the effect of preventing the freezing of the road is not large. In addition, when the time for which the temperature of the heat exchange medium rises due to the geothermal heat is delayed, there is a problem that it is not suitable for a situation in which rapid road surface heating is required. Furthermore, the use of expensive heat pipes in which the interior is vacuumed causes a high cost in the production or installation of the device, which is economically undesirable.
In addition, Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2002-6241 (published on January 19, 2002) discloses a “road surface freezing prevention system”.
The publication discloses a road surface anti-icing system which prevents the road surface from freezing by embedding a hot wire on the road surface and applying heat when snow falls. However, this technology requires a separate control device to detect snow accumulation and freezing by allowing snow or ice to be removed from the road surface only by heat generated by heat rays.
In addition, these devices consume electricity to the road surface that is melted unnecessarily to melt snow accumulated on the road through the heating of the heating wire over a wide range, and repairs the whole when a failure occurs due to the crack of the road surface (including cracks between sidewalk blocks). It is a problem and time and money to do.
In addition, it was difficult to find a point of failure and to extend or add easily.
As such, the currently developed road ice systems cannot detect whether there is snow or snow on the road, and are operated by a switch operation by a separate manpower, and do not exhibit satisfactory functions. It is only required to develop a technology that can melt snow or ice on a sidewalk or a frozen sidewalk block and check the snow or icing status by time and place by itself.
An object of the present invention is to provide a function that can detect the snow or ice state of each independent road surface so that the heating operation can be made according to the corresponding road surface state change.
Another object of the present invention is to extend the power to another road heating device and the road surface freezing prevention system using the same while the snow heating device is operated internally to melt snow and ice as a heating function if it is detected in the state of snow or freezing. Since only the connection is easy to reduce and expand the road surface heating apparatus of the present invention and the road surface freezing prevention system using the same
To provide.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the present invention is a bimetal or temperature detection switch and the electronic circuit and the control unit connected to the waterproof structure by receiving electricity to the wire from the outside and the heat generating member, road surface for dissipating heat when electricity is supplied The structure and configuration that can detect the state of is provided in the configuration accommodated inside the outer shell (1) of cement or gypsum or metal material.
When the road heating apparatus according to the present invention and the road surface freezing prevention system using the same, snow in winter
Alternatively, by preventing rain and freezing of roads and snow, road accidents caused by freezing and snow can be prevented in advance.
In addition, it can only reduce the cost incurred through snow removal or freezing operations using chemicals such as calcium chloride.
In addition, it can prevent the environmental pollution that can be caused by the use of large amounts of chemicals.
In particular, even in the situation where pedestrians such as bus stops and taxi stands stop for freezing and thawing, only pavement and ice blocks or sidewalk blocks are supplied with electricity to generate heat and operate heat. It also contributes to improving the safety of public transportation users.
In addition, it is easy to install and maintain because only the wires are waterproofed in series for expansion.
Above all, it is a very advantageous invention that operates by detecting and measuring the road state by yourself unattended.

Of course, at this time, it is preferable to connect the wire to be waterproof with the rosin-built shrink tube.
Therefore, if only the power is supplied by connecting to the electric wire, it will measure the surrounding environment by itself and perform snow removal only when it needs to be snow-removed independently by heating function, thus reducing unnecessary waste of energy and operating at the time of snowing. It is a snow-melted road that can guarantee safe pedestrians' commute to work. It prevents safety accidents on pedestrian eyes or ice roads of the elderly and children.
