Claims (7)
- 광산발생제와 전자 공여성 염료를 함유하는 감광성 조성물의 도막에 대하여 280 nm 미만의 파장 대역의 광으로 부분적으로 노광을 행하여 화상 패턴을 형성하는 노광 공정 A와,
280 nm 이상의 파장 대역의 광으로 전면 노광을 행하여 화상 패턴을 정착하는 노광 공정 B를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광산발생제가 280 nm 미만의 파장 대역의 광으로 산을 발생시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노광 공정 A에서 광가교에 의한 정착도 동시에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화상 형성 방법에 의해 형성한 광경화 화상.
- 280 nm 미만의 파장 대역의 광에 의해 산을 발생시키는 광산발생제, 전자 공여성 염료, 광중합 개시제 및 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광중합 개시제는 280 nm 이상의 파장 대역의 광에서 감광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광중합 개시제는 280 nm 미만의 파장 대역의 광에서도 감광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 조성물.
