Claims (8)
- 액추에이터(8)에 의해 제 1 방향(16)에서 그리고 제어 챔버(36) 내의 압력에 의해 상기 제 1 방향과 반대 방향인 제 2 방향(18)에서 작용 가능한 밸브 슬라이드(14)를 포함하는, 특히 자동차 자동 트랜스미션에 사용하기 위한 슬라이드 밸브(5)로서, 상기 밸브 슬라이드(14)는 리세스(20)에 의해 작동 연결부(A)를 공급 연결부(P) 또는 배출 연결부(T)에 유압식으로 연결할 수 있고, 상기 슬라이드 밸브(5)의 유동 채널(34) 내의 인출점(38)에서 유압이 탭되어 상기 제어 챔버(36)에 공급되는, 슬라이드 밸브에 있어서,
상기 인출점(38)은 상기 리세스(20)의 영역에서 상기 밸브 슬라이드(14)의 축 방향으로 볼 때 상기 공급 연결부(P)와 상기 작동 연결부(A) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인출점(38)으로부터 상기 제어 챔버(36)로의 채널(40)이 상기 슬라이드 밸브(5)의 하우징(6) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인출점(38)으로부터 상기 제어 챔버(36)로의 채널(40)이 상기 밸브 슬라이드(14) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인출점(38)으로부터 상기 제어 챔버(36)로의 채널(40)이 상기 슬라이드 밸브(5)의 상기 하우징(6) 외부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 채널(40)에 사용되지 않는, 하나 이상의 홀의 단부 섹션이 볼(42)에 의해 코킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리세스(20) 및/또는 상기 리세스에 마주 놓인 상기 하우징(6)의 벽 부분은 상기 공급 연결부(P)로부터 상기 작동 연결부(A)로의 유체 유동시 상기 인출점(38)에서 압력을 최소화하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석(8)에 전류가 공급되지 않을 때 상기 공급 연결부(P)와 상기 작동 연결부(A) 사이의 유압 연결이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석(8)에 전류가 공급되지 않을 때 상기 배출 연결부(T)와 상기 작동 연결부(A) 사이의 유압 연결이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드 밸브.
