Claims (5)
- 세척하여 준비된 천년초 선인장의 줄기 또는 열매를 추출기에 투입하는 제1단계;
상기 추출기에 투입된 천년초 선인장의 중량 대비 7~9배수의 정제수를 첨가한 후, 90~100℃로 10~13시간동안 열수추출하여 천년초 선인장 추출액을 수득하는 제2단계;
상기에서 수득한 선인장 추출액에 식품학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 혼합하여 액상음료를 제조하는 제3단계; 및
상기 액상음료를 포장용기에 충진 및 밀봉한 다음 90~100℃에서 30~50분간 살균하는 제4단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천년초 선인장 액상 음료의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계의 정제수는 식용정제수에 한방약재를 넣고 가열함으로써 한방약재의 유효성분이 함유되도록 제조된 한방정제수인 것을 특징으로 하는 천년초 선인장 액상 음료의 제조방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 한방정제수는 생수 6~9ℓ를 기준으로, 당귀 10g, 구기자 10g, 오미자 10g, 산수유 10g, 영지 5g, 대추 5g, 감초 3쪽 및 생강 3쪽을 넣고 끓인 다음, 약한 불로 30분 내지 1시간 동안 달인 후, 체에 걸러냄으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천년초 선인장 액상 음료의 제조방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 한방정제수는 생수 5~7ℓ를 기준으로, 당귀 30g, 대추 20g, 생강 20g, 금강초 10g, 및 황기 20g을 넣고 끓인 다음, 약한 불로 30분 내지 1시간 동안 달인 후, 체에 걸러냄으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천년초 선인장 액상 음료의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계의 첨가제는 혼합액 전체 중량 대비 벌꿀 5~10중량%를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방차를 이용하여 추출한 천년초 선인장 액상 음료의 제조방법.
