본 발명의 항균 능력을 살펴보기 위해 개똥쑥 분말 및 구절초 분말이 혼합된 혼합물을 시료로 이용하여 항균 실험을 실시하였다. 한국미생물보존센터로부터 분양받은 황색포도상구균(S. aureus)을 SDB(Sabouraud's Broth) 배지에 30℃, 인큐베이터(Shaking incubator)에서 72시간 배양하여 활성화시켰다. 균주를 식염수에 접종한 후 실험구로 시료을, 대조구로 증류수를 가하여 2일간 상온에서 보관하면서 균주의 증식을 관찰하였다. 균검사는 선택배지에 도말 후 24시간 동안 35℃에서 배양시킨 후에 각 균주의 개체수를 측정하였다. 그 결과는 하기의 표 1에 균주의 증감률로 나타내었다.In order to examine the antimicrobial ability of the present invention was carried out antimicrobial experiments using a mixture of the firewood powder and gujeolcho powder as a sample. 본 발명의 실시 예1과 실시 예 2에 의해 제조된 건강보조식품이 용이하게 복용할 수 있는지 여부를 살펴보기 위해 관능검사를 실시하였다. 패널은 식품영양학과 4학년 학생 중 남자 5명, 여자 5명 총 10명을 선정하여 1회에 2가지의 시료를 제시하고 10회에 걸쳐 시료의 반복횟수는 3번으로 하여 시료의 외관, 냄새, 맛, 종합적 기호도를 다음과 같은 9점척도법에 의해 평가하도록 하였다. 결과는 SAS(Statistical Analysis System)를 이용하여 ANOVA test후 Duncan's multiple range test로 시료 간의 유의성은 5% 수준에서 최소 유의 차 검정(least significant difference test)으로 조사하였다. 이상의 관능 검사 결과는 하기의 표 3에 나타냈다.The sensory test was performed to see whether the health supplement prepared by Examples 1 and 2 of the present invention can be easily taken.
