Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a number called party connection service, and more particularly, to a service for selecting and connecting a first called party at an exchange.
Nowadays, due to the diversification of communication devices, one user has more than one phone number. When one user is using multiple phone numbers, the caller is inconvenient to try to call several telephone numbers one by one.
On the other hand, terminals and communication service systems for automatically calling a plurality of telephone numbers have been developed.
However, the existing system is trying to make a call in order of priority among each phone number, which is not much different from the caller making one call manually. Therefore, there is a problem in that it takes a long time until the call path is connected due to the continuous call to each phone number.
The present invention provides a priority called party connection service system using a representative number.
