Claims (18)
- 인듐-주석 산화물을 포함하는 전기전도성 트레이스를 갖는 광학적으로 투명한 제1 기재와,
제1 기재 상에 배치되며 트레이스와 접촉하는 광학적으로 투명한 감압 접착제를 포함하며;
접착제는 Tg가 약 25℃ 이하인 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 - 여기서, 알킬은 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 가짐 - 인 약 50 부 내지 95 부의 성분 A와,
Tg가 약 25℃ 초과인 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체의 에스테르인 약 30 부 내지 50 부의 성분 B; 및 하이드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 비치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N-알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-다이알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, 우레아 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 락탐 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 3차 아민, 지환족 아민, 방향족 아민 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단량체인 약 1 부 내지 40 부의 성분 C로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함 - 여기서, 모든 부는 접착제 100부를 기준으로 함 - 하는 물품. - 인듐-주석 산화물을 포함하는 전기전도성 트레이스를 갖는 광학적으로 투명한 제1 기재를 제공하는 단계;
주표면을 갖는 광학적으로 투명한 제2 기재, 및
제2 기재의 주표면 상에 배치된 광학적으로 투명한 접착제를 포함하는 감압 접착제 - 여기서, 상기 접착제는
Tg가 약 25℃ 이하인 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 (여기서, 알킬은 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 가짐)인 약 50부 내지 95 부의 성분 A와,
Tg가 약 25℃ 초과인 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체의 에스테르인 약 30부 내지 50 부의 성분 B; 및 하이드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 비치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N-알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-다이알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, 우레아 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 락탐 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 3차 아민, 지환족 아민, 방향족 아민, 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단량체인 약 1부 내지 15부의 성분 C로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함 (여기서, 모든 부는 접착제 100부를 기준으로 함)함 - 를 제공하는 단계; 및
광학적으로 투명한 접착제가 전기전도성 트레이스와 접촉하도록 감압 접착제를 제1 기재에 라미네이팅하는 단계를 포함하는, 물품의 제조 방법. - 광학적으로 투명하고 공기 간극(air gap)에 의해 분리된 실질적으로 동일 평면의 제1 기재 및 제2 기재를 갖는 공동(cavity)을 제공하는 단계;
Tg가 약 25℃ 이하인 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 - 여기서, 알킬은 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 가짐 - 인 약 50부 내지 95 부의 성분 A와,
Tg가 약 25℃ 초과인 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체의 에스테르인 약 30부 내지 50 부의 성분 B; 및 하이드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 비치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N-알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, N,N-다이알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드, 우레아 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 락탐 작용기를 함유하는 단량체, 3차 아민, 지환족 아민, 방향족 아민 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단량체인 약 1부 내지 40부의 성분 C로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분 - 여기서, 성분 A, 성분 B 및 성분 C에 대한 부는 합계 100부를 기준으로 함 - 과,
성분 A, 성분 B 및 성분 C의 총 부를 기준으로 약 5부 미만의 개시제를 포함하는 접착제 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및
공동에 접착제 조성물을 전달하는 단계; 및
접착제 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 물품의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A는 n-부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸 헥실 (메트)아크릴레이트, 아이소옥틸 아크릴레이트, 2-메틸 부틸 아크릴레이트 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B는 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 아이소보르닐 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트는 2-하이드록시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 3-하이드록시프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N-알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드는 N-옥틸 아크릴아미드인 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N,N-다이알킬 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드는 N,N-다이메틸 아크릴아미드, N,N-다이에틸아크릴아미드 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차 아민, 지환족 아민 및 방향족 아민은 비닐 피리딘, 비닐 이미다졸 및 N,N-다이알킬 아미노 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 - 여기서, 알킬은 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 가짐 - 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 트레이스는 접착제가 제1 기재에 부착될 때 초기 저항 값을 가지며 물품을 40일 동안 60℃ 및 90% 상대 습도에서 컨디셔닝한 후 50% 미만의 저항 증가를 나타내는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 트레이스는 접착제가 제1 기재에 부착될 때 초기 저항 값을 가지며 물품을 40일 동안 60℃ 및 90% 상대 습도에서 컨디셔닝한 후 20% 미만의 저항 증가를 나타내는 물품 또는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제 상에 배치되는 광학적으로 투명한 제2 기재를 추가로 포함하는 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1 기재 및 제2 기재는 플라스틱, 중합체 필름 및 유리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물품.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1 기재 및 제2 기재는 플라스틱 및 유리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 경화 단계는 자외선 광원 또는 적외선 광원을 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접착제 조성물은 가교결합제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접착제 조성물은 가교결합제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, LCD 패널, 휴대 전화, 핸드헬드(hand-held) 장치 및 랩톱 컴퓨터로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전자 장치에 통합되는 물품.
