Claims (16)
- 바이오매스를 반응기에 투입하는 바이오매스 투입 단계(S1);상기 바이오매스가 투입된 반응기를 일정 온도로 예열하는 반응기 예열 단계(S2);상기 일정 온도로 예열된 반응기에 촉매 저장고로부터 일정량의 촉매가 투입되는 촉매 투입 단계(S3);일정 시간동안 상기 반응기내에서 상기 촉매 투입 단계에서 투입된 촉매와 바이오매스를 반응시키는 당화 단계(S4);상기 반응후 생성된 액체 생성물을 분리 배출하는 생성물 회수 단계(S5); 및회수하고자 하는 당의 종류에 따라 상기 온도, 촉매 또는 시간을 변화시켜 S2 내지 S5 단계를 반복하는 S2 내지 S5의 반복 단계(S6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 투입 단계전에 반응기내의 바이오매스를 전처리하여 당화 반응을 용이하게 하는 전처리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전처리 단계가 팽윤제로 바이오매스를 처리하여 당화 단계에서 촉매와 바이오매스와의 접촉을 용이하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전처리 단계가 염기 촉매를 사용하여 리그닌을 제거하는 탈리그닌 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생성물 회수 단계 전에 반응기 내부의 바이오매스를 포함한 반응물을 압축하여 액체 생성물이 바이오매스로부터 분리되도록 하는 압축 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생성물 회수 단계전에 교반부를 이용하여 반응기 전체를 회전시켜 액체 생성물이 분리막을 통해 바이오매스와 분리되도록 하는 원심분리 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 생성물 회수 단계 전에 생성물을 냉각시켜 생성물의 분해를 막는 냉각 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바이오매스가 섬유소계 바이오매스인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 산, 염기, 물 및 효소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단독 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매가 바이오매스의 질량(g) 과 촉매의 부피(ml)비율이 1:4 내지 1:8이 되도록 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 분별 당화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분별 당화 공정이 초기 생성물이 자일로스이고 마지막 생성물이 글루코스인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 공정.
- 바이오매스가 처리되는 반응기;상기 반응기와 공급관으로 연결되고 상기 반응기에 투입되는 촉매를 저장하 는 촉매 저장고;상기 촉매 저장고 및 상기 반응기와 연결되고 상기 반응기에 일정량의 촉매를 공급하는 공급관; 및상기 공급관과 연결되고 상기 반응기 유입구의 상부에 위치하는 반응기에 투입되는 촉매의 온도를 조절하는 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 반응기가 반응기의 상부에 위치하며 반응기 내부로 촉매가 투입되도록 하는 유입구;상기 반응기 외부를 둘러싸고 용매의 유입 및 유출구가 구비된 반응기의 온도를 조절하는 용매자켓;상기 반응기의 상부와 연결되며 반응기 내부의 기체를 배출하는 벤트;상기 벤트에 연결되어 벤트와 동일한 관으로 상기 반응기 상부로 연결되는 기체 공급관;상기 반응기 내부에 위치하며 반응기 상부로부터 2/3 지점 이하에 위치하여 반응 생성물과 바이오매스를 분리하는 분리막;상기 반응기의 외부와 연결되며 반응기를 상하, 좌우, 회전, 사선 방향으로 운동하게 하여 반응기 내부의 바이오 매스와 투입된 촉매를 혼합하는 교반부; 및상기 반응기의 하부에 위치하며 반응후 생성된 생성물을 배출하는 배출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 반응기는 지지대의 말단에 판이 부착된 형상으로, 반응기의 상부에 위치하여 상하로 이동할 수 있는 압축기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 촉매 저장고가 상기 촉매 저장고의 상부에 위치하며 촉매를 일정량으로 배출시키는 유량계 또는 로드 셀(load cell); 상기 촉매 저장고의 상부와 연결되며 상기 촉매 저장고 내부의 기체를 배출하는 벤트; 상기 벤트와 연결되며 벤트와 동일한 관으로 상기 촉매 저장고의 상부로 연결되는 기체공급관; 및 상기 촉매 저장고의 하부에 위치하며 촉매를 배출하는 배출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 장치.
- 바이오매스가 처리되는 반응기;상기 반응기와 공급관으로 연결되고 상기 반응기에 투입되는 촉매를 저장하는 촉매 저장고; 및상기 촉매 저장고 및 상기 반응기와 연결되고 상기 반응기에 일정량의 촉매를 공급하는 공급관을 포함하고,상기 촉매 저장고가 상기 촉매 저장고의 외부를 둘러싸고 용매의 유입구 및 유출구를 포함하여 상기 촉매 저장고의 온도를 조절하는 용매자켓; 상기 촉매 저장고의 상부에 위치하며 촉매를 일정량으로 배출시키는 유량계 또는 로드 셀(load cell); 상기 촉매 저장고의 상부와 연결되며 상기 촉매 저장고 내부의 기체를 배출하는 벤트; 상기 벤트와 연결되며 상기 벤트와 동일한 관으로 상기 반응기 상부로 연결되는 기체 공급관; 및 상기 촉매 저장고의 하부에 위치하며 촉매를 배출하는 배출구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 분별 당화 장치.
