본 발명은 그런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전기히터(6)가 내장된 본체(1)에 붙은 오일투입벨브(8)를 통해 고온용 특수 오일(7)을 본체(1) 용기에 알맞게 넣고 콘트롤 박스(11)를 운전 전기히터(6)를 가열시키면 고온용 특수오일(7)이 열촉매 작용하여 250℃∼350℃ 상승되며 이때 온도 세팅은 콘트롤 박스(11)로 한다. 세팅된 온도가 상승하면 고온용 오일순환펌프(4)가 작동하여 본체(1) 내부에 있는 250∼350℃로 상승된 고온용 특수오일(7)이 화살표 방향으로 순환열교환기(2)를 통과하며 동시에 온수 열교환 순환펌프(5)가 작동되며 온수탱크(3) 저면에 달린 급수출구관(13)을 통해 중온수가 온수 순환관(10)을 통해 열교환기92)를 통과하여 고온수 (60∼90℃)로 변하여 온수 순환관(10)을 타고 온수탱크(3) 상부에 부착된 고온수 입구관(14)을 통해 온수탱크(3)로 들어간다. 그리고 운전은 본체(1)에 붙은 고온용 특수오일 온도센서(15)와 온수탱크(3)에 붙은 온수온도센서(18) 온수 수위조절센서(17)가 감지하여 콘트롤박스(11)에 세팅된 온도에 의하여 감지 자동으로 운전이 가능하다. 온수열교환 펌프(5)를 통해 열교환기(2)를 통과하여 온수 순환관(10)을 타고 온수탱크(3)에 들어가는 물은 냉수를 통과시키는 것보다 중온수를 통과 시키는 것이 고온수로 변하는 속도가 훨씬 빠른데 이는 열촉매 작용에 의한 효과다. 또한 대중탕이나 온수가 많이 쓰이는 곳에서는 페열회수기를 이용하여 원수 입구관으로 들어오는 물의 온도를 높이는 것도 에너지 절약에 도움이 된다. 그러므로 전기오일 열촉매 보일러는 열촉매 작용으로 인하여 일반전기 보일러에 비하여 2∼3배 정도의 효율이 있음으로 에너지 절약에 큰 도움이 될수 있는 전기오일 보일러에 관한 것이다.In order to solve such a problem, the high temperature special oil (7) is appropriately placed in the main body (1) container through the oil injection valve (8) attached to the main body (1) in which the electric heater (6) is built. 11) When the electric heater 6 is heated, the special oil 7 for high temperature heat-catalyzes to raise 250-350 degreeC, and the temperature setting is set to the control box 11 at this time.
