Claims (5)
- 결정화 반응에 의해 얻어지는 결정을 용해하여 상대적으로 작은 결정입자를 제거하는 단계; 작은 결정입자가 제거된 반응물로부터 결정을 석출하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 결정입자의 제거와 결정의 석출과정을 반복시행하여 결정의 크기를 성장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 거대 결정입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 결정의 용해 및 석출과정은 반응물의 pH를 조절하여 수행되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거대 결정입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 결정의 용해 및 석출과정은 반용매와 용매를 교대로 반응물에 주입하여 수행되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거대 결정입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 결정입자가 되는 물질은 아미노산 또는 핵산인 것을 특징으로 하는 거대 결정입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 결정화 반응은 내부 교반봉의 회전에 의해 제공되는 테일러와류가 공급되어지는 연속식 반응기에서 수행되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거대결정입자의 제조방법.
