Claims (2)
- 스프라켓을 각각 구비한 구동축과 종동축 사이에 설치된 체인 또는 벨트의 외측 또는 내측에 설치되어 구동축의 회전방향에 부응하여 이완상태를 갖던 체인 또는 벨트부분의 장력을 자동으로 조절해 주는 체인 및 벨트의 자동 장력 조절장치를 구성함에 있어서,중앙에 체인 또는 벨트의 내측 또는 외측으로 맞물리는 스프라켓이 축지되고 양단부에는 한 쌍의 슬라이딩 샤프트가 고정 설치되는 고정 블록과;상기 고정 블록의 양단부에서 수직방향으로 일단부가 고정 설치된 한 쌍의 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트와;중앙에 체인 또는 벨트의 내측 또는 외측으로 맞물리는 스프라켓이 축지되고 양단부에 천공된 안내공에는 상기 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트가 끼워진 형태를 갖고 체인 또는 벨트의 간격에 부응하여 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트에서 슬라이딩 이동되는 슬라이딩 블록과;상기 체인 또는 벨트의 내측 또는 외측에 결합되는 스프라켓들의 결합위치에 대응하여 상기 고정 블록과 슬라이딩 블록의 대향면 사이에서 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트에 끼워지거나, 상기 슬라이딩 블록의 외측면과 장력 조절 너트 사이에서 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트에 끼워진 형태로 설치되어 구동축의 회전방향에 무관하게 체인 또는 벨트의 장력이 최적의 상태를 유지하도록 탄성력을 발휘하는 한 쌍의 코일 스프링과;상기한 한 쌍의 볼트형 슬라이딩 샤프트 단부에 나사 결합되어 그의 조임 량에 부응하여 변화되는 상기 코일 스프링의 탄성력 변경을 통해 체인 또는 벨트의 장력을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 한 쌍의 장력 조절 너트;로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 및 벨트의 자동 장력 조절장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고정 블록 또는 슬라이딩 블록은 평단면이 "ㅗ"자 형상을 갖도록 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 체인 및 벨트의 자동 장력 조절장치.
