Description
Claims (9)
- 데이터선, 주사선이 교차하는 영역에 형성되는 화소를 포함하는 화소부;감마보정신호를 생성하는 감마보정부;상기 감마보정신호에 대응하여 계조전압을 조절하는 감마보정회로;영상신호와 상기 계조전압을 이용하여 데이터신호를 생성하여 상기 데이터선에 전달하는 데이터구동부; 및주사신호를 생성하여 상기 주사선에 전달하는 주사구동부를 포함하되,상기 감마보정부는제 1 감마보정신호를 저장하는 제 1 레지스터부;상기 제 1 감마보정신호가 보정된 제 2 감마보정신호를 저장되는 제 2 레지스터부;상기 제 2 레지스터부에 저장되어 있는 상기 제 2 감마보정신호를 전달받아 보정하여 제 3 감마보정신호를 생성하는 부스터부; 및상기 제 2 레지스터부에 저장되어 있는 상기 제 2 감마보정신호와 상기 부스터부에서 출력되는 상기 제 3 감마보정신호 중 하나를 선택하여 상기 감마보정회로에 전달하는 먹스를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 레지스터부에 오프셋값을 전달하는 오프셋값 저장부와 상기 오프셋값 저장부에 저장되어 있는 오프셋값을 상기 제 1 감마보정신호에 합산하여 제 4 감마보정신호를 생성하는 제 1 덧셈기를 더 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 1 보정값을 저장하는 제 1 저장수단과 상기 제 1 저장수단에 저장되어 있는 상기 제 1 보정값과 상기 제 1 덧셈기에서 출력되는 상기 제 4 감마보정신호를 합산하여 상기 제 2 감마보정신호을 생성하는 제 2 덧셈기를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,제 2 보정값을 저장하는 제 2 저장수단과 상기 제 2 저장수단에 저장되어 있는 상기 제 2 보정값과 상기 제 2 덧셈기에서 출력되는 상기 제 2 감마보정신호를 합산하는 제 3 덧셈기를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 보정값과 상기 제 2 보정값은 동일한 값인 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 오프셋값에 의해 상기 제 4 감마보정신호는 상기 제 1 감마보정신호와 기울기에서 차이가 발생하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제 1 감마보정신호에 소정의 제 1 보정값을 합산하여 보정하여 보정된 제 2 감마보정신호를 생성하는 단계;상기 보정된 제 2 감마보정신호를 저장하는 단계;상기 보정된 제 2 감마보정신호를 소정의 제 2 보정값을 이용하여 보정하여 제 3 감마보정신호를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 제 2 감마보정신호와 상기 제 3 감마보정신호 중 하나의 감마보정신호를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 보정값과 상기 제 2 보정값은 동일한 값인 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 감마보정신호를 생성하는 단계에서, 상기 제 1 감마보정신호의 기울기를 변화시키는 오프셋값이 적용된 제 4 감마보정신호를 생성한 후 상기 제 4 감마보정신호에 상기 제 1 보정값을 적용하여 상기 제 2 감마보정신호를 생성하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
