Claims (2)
- 제1금형부(11)를 가지는 고정형판(10) 및 제2금형부(21)를 가지는 가동형판(20)과,상기 가동형판(20)의 이동을 안내하며 상기 고정형판(10)의 형체실린더(31)에 작용하는 유압에 의해 형체력을 제공하는 안내 바(30)와,가동형판(20)을 전후진 이송하는 이송실린더(40)와,상기 가동형판(20)에 고정되는 하우징(60)의 내부에 설치되어 너트실린더(70)에 의해 상기 안내 바(30)의 반경방향으로 전/후진하며, 상기 안내 바(30)에 형성된 톱니(35)와 맞물리는 톱니(55)를 가지는 잠금너트(50)를 포함하며,상기 잠금너트(50)의 후방 단부면(50a)에는 걸림턱(80a)이 돌출 형성되고,상기 하우징(60)의 후방 내부면(60a)에는 상기 잠금너트(50)의 걸림턱(80a)의 해제 방향 이동을 제한하는 걸림홈(80b)이 형성되며,성형물이 고화된 이후 상기 형체실린더(31)에 유압을 공급하여 상기 안내 바(30)를 후퇴시킬 때, 상기 잠금너트(50)가 뒤로 밀려 그의 걸림턱(80a)이 상기 하우징(60)의 걸림홈(80b)에 걸려 반경방향 외측으로의 이동이 저지됨에 따라, 안내 바(30)를 후퇴시키는 힘이 상기 톱니(35)(55)와 상기 걸림턱(80a) 및 걸림홈(80b)을 통해 하우징(60)에 전달되고, 하우징(60)에 전달된 힘이 상기 가동형판(20)에 전달되어 상기 안내 바(30)에 의한 고압형개가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기의 형체 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 걸림턱(80a) 및 걸림홈(80b)은 서로 경사면(81a)(81b)에 의해 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기의 형체 장치.
