Claims (6)
- 전로취련시 용강의 탈탄조업을 수행하는 단계;상기 용강의 출강 중 첨가제를 투입하여 슬래그의 CaO/SiO2 비를 5 ~ 10로, 슬래그의 CaO/Al2O3 비를 1.5~2.0로 제어하는 단계;상기 용강의 LF 공정중 래들 승온 시 첨가제를 투입하여 상기 슬래그의 CaO/SiO2 비 및 CaO/Al2O3 비를 유지시키는 단계;상기 용강의 RH 공정 중 황의 함량을 0.003~0.007% 로 상향 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 탈산제 또는 부원료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 탈산제는 알루미늄, 페로망간 및 페로 실리콘으로 구성된 일 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 부원료는 가탄제, 생석회, 형석, 조재제, 페로크롬 및 조재제로 구성된 일 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 출강중 첨가제를 투입하는 단계는출강 10% 시점에 알루미늄 및 페로망간을 투입하는 공정,출강 30% 시점에 가탄제를 투입하는 공정,출강 50% 시점에 생석회 및 형석을 투입하는 공정,출강 70% 시점에 조재제를 투입하는 공정,출강 80% 시점에 페로크롬, 페로 실리콘, 조재제를 투입하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 출강 중 첨가제를 투입하는 단계에서,투입되는 생석회의 총 양은 650~700kg이고, 형성의 총 양은 250~350kg인 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정 베어링강의 제조방법.
