Claims (8)
- 다가 알콜을 포함하는 티탄염 용액에 알칼리를 첨가한 후, 가열 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알칼리 첨가 후, 추가로 산을 첨가하여 가열 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,알칼리를 티탄염에 대해 0.1~1배 몰 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,산을 티탄염에 대해 0.1~1배 몰 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가열 가수분해 후, 추가로 산으로 가열 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,다가 알콜은 티탄염에 대해 0.1~5배 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되며, 평균 입자 직경이 0.01~1.0㎛이고, 비표면적이 50㎡/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 산화티탄.
- 제 7 항에 따른 다공질 산화티탄을 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료.
