Claims (4)
- 실린더 헤드 몸체의 오일룸에 상응하는 주물사 코어를 성형하는 제1 단계;메인 오일 갤러리에 상응하는 주물사 코어를 성형하는 제2 단계;상기 오일룸 코어와 상기 메인 오일 갤러리 코어를 조립하는 제 3단계;상기 오일룸과 상기 메인 오일 갤러리의 조립 코어를 주형에 장착하는 제4 단계;상기 주형에 알루미늄 용탕을 주입하는 제5 단계; 및후처리를 하는 제6 단계를 포함하는 실린더 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단계는,길이 방향의 제1 오일 패시지에 대응하는 제1 부분과, 상기 제1 오일 패시지와 연통하는 제2 오일 패시지에 대응하여 상기 제1 부분에 일정 간격으로서 돌출되게 위치하는 제2 부분과, 상기 제2 부분의 양측에 위치하는 조립 돌기를 가진 메인 오일 갤러리 코어를 성형하는 실린데 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제3 단계에서, 상기 조립 돌기의 표면에 접착제를 도포하는 실린더 헤 드의 제조 방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 도포 이 후, 상기 조립 돌기를 이에 대응하는 상기 오일룸 코어에 암수 결합하는 실린더 헤드의 제조 방법.
