Claims (8)
- 심초형 단면을 갖는 섬유의 제조에 있어서,(1) 합성수지 칩 및 졸-겔 형식의 실리콘계 오일을 용융 혼합하여 마스터 배치 칩을 제조하는 단계; 및(2) 제조된 마스터 배치 칩을 초형으로 하고, 합성수지 칩을 심형으로 하여 용융방사기로 복합 방사하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 졸-겔 형식의 실리콘계 오일이 원사 내에 0.1~10 중량%로 혼합하여 마스터 배치 칩을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마스터 배치 칩은 상기 합성수지에 1~20 중량%로 혼합하여 복합 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지는 방사 가능한 열가소성 수지인 것을 특 징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리에스테르, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카보네이트 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합 섬유 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조되는 발수성이 우수한 복합 섬유.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 칩으로 이루어진 심형과 마스터 배치 칩으로 이루어진 초형의 복합비의 범위가 섬유 단면적에서 심부:초부=95:5 내지 10:90의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합 섬유.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 복합 섬유의 단면 형태가 구형, 삼각형, Y형, 눈꽃(별 모양 포함)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성이 우수한 복합 섬유.
