Claims (52)
- 포유동물에게 효과량의 인간 융모성 성선자극호르몬(hCG) 또는 황체형성 호르몬(LH) 및 효과량의 에리트로포이에틴(EPO)을 투여하는 것을 포함하되, hCG 또는 LH를 3개 이상의 용량으로 전신 투여하는, 포유동물에서 신경퇴행성 질환 또는 질병을 치료 또는 개선하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1차 용량의 hCG 또는 LH를 신경퇴행성 질환 또는 질병의 증상의 개시 또는 진단후 0 내지 약 14 일 이내에 포유동물에게 투여하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1차 용량의 hCG 또는 LH를 신경퇴행성 질환 또는 질병의 증상의 개시 또는 진단후 0 내지 약 5 일 이내에 포유동물에게 투여하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,hCG 또는 LH를 약 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 또는 14 일 이상의 치료 기간동안 포유동물에게 투여하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,hCG의 투여 단위가 포유동물에서 약 0.03 내지 약 5,000,000 IU/L의 hCG의 혈청 수준을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,hCG의 투여 단위가 포유동물에서 약 0.003 내지 약 5,000 IU/L의 hCG의 뇌척수액 수준을 제공하는 방법.
