Claims (2)
- 내측면에 합성수지막으로 라이닝 처리하여 부식을 방지하는 상수도용 주철관 또는 상수도용 강관에 있어서, 상수도용 강관 또는 주철관(1) 내측면을 라이닝 처리하는 합성수지에 은나노 분말을 포함시켜 제1 은나노 포함 합성수지막(2)을 형성하며, 상기 제1 은나노 포함 합성수지막(2) 위에 재차 은나노 입자를 포함하는 미세한 합성수지 분말을 분사하여 제2 은나노 코팅막(3)을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노를 코팅한 상수도용 철관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 은나노 포함 합성수지막(2)은 은나노의 입자 크기가 1~100㎚, 농도 100~10,000ppm 로 된 것을 합성수지 중량의 0.5 - 5.0중량%로 혼합한 것으로 하여 제1 은나노 포함 합성수지막(2)을 구성하며,상기 제2 은나노 코팅막(3)은 은나노의 입자 크기가 1~100㎚, 농도 100~10,000ppm 로 된 것을 200㎛이하의 고운 합성수지분말의 10-30중량%로 혼합한 것으로하여 제2 은나노 코팅막(3)을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 은나노를 코팅한 상수도용 철관
