Claims (3)
- 이동 대차(110)가 이동가능하도록 레일(120)이 설치된 베이스(130) 위에 수직으로 복수의 컬럼(140)이 설치되고, 이 컬럼(140)의 상단부에 크로스헤드(150)가 부착된 로딩 프레임(100)과;상기 로딩 프레임(100)의 이동 대차(110) 위에 안치되며 내부에 시료(600)가 투입되는 시료 셀(200)과;상기 크로스헤드(150)에 설치되어 시료 셀(200)에 채워진 시료(600)에 하중을 재하하도록 피스톤 축(310) 하단에 가압판(320)이 부착된 유압서보 액추에이터(300)와;상기 유압서보 액추에이터(300)에 공급되는 유압의 세기를 제어하는 유압서보 제어유니트(400)와;상기 유압서보 액추에이터(300)의 피스톤 축(310)과 가압판(320) 사이에 설치되어 압축하중을 측정하는 로드셀(500);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 오이도미터 시험기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 시료 셀(200)은 속이 빈 원통형으로 이루어져 있으며, 그 상부는 개방되고 하부에는 다수의 배수구(212)가 천공된 다공판(210)이 설치되며, 이 다공판(210)의 하부로는 배수된 물이 모이는 집수공간(220)이 형성되고, 이 집수공 간(220)의 외측으로는 배수라인(230)이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 오이도미터 시험기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가압판(320)에는 시료 셀(200) 내부의 시료에 급수를 하기 위한 급수구(322)가 구비되고, 이 급수구(322)에는 유량계(324)가 부착된 급수관(326)이 연결되며, 상기 시료 셀(200) 하부에는 시료를 통과하여 배수된 물이 배출되는 배수구(212)가 천공된 다공판(210)이 설치되고, 이 다공판(210)의 하부로는 배수된 물이 모이는 집수공간(220)이 형성되며, 이 집수공간(220)의 외측으로는 배수라인(230)이 연결되어 시료에서 배수된 물의 양을 따로 모아서 측정할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 오이도미터 시험기.
