Description
Claims (4)
- 기립되어 설치되며 내부에는 베어링이 설치된 베어링하우징;상기 베어링에 지지되어 회전가능하게 설치된 회전축;상기 베어링하우징의 외면에 결합된 코어와 코일을 가지는 고정자;상기 회전축에 결합되고 상면에는 디스크가 탑재되는 로터요크와 상기 로터요크에 결합된 마그네트를 가지며, 상기 고정자와의 작용에 의하여 회전하면서 상기 회전축을 회전시키는 회전자;상기 로터요크가 상기 회전축의 하단부측으로 이동하는 것을 방지하는 수단을 포함하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터요크는 상기 회전축에 결합되는 결합관, 상기 결합관에서 외측으로 연장 형성되며 상기 디스크가 탑재되어 지지되는 테이블, 상기 테이블에서 연장 형성되며 상기 고정자를 감싸는 외측벽을 가지고,상기 수단은 상기 결합관에 형성되어 상기 회전축의 상면과 접촉하는 걸림테인 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터요크는 상기 회전축에 결합되는 결합관, 상기 결합관에서 외측으로 연장 형성되며 상기 디스크가 탑재되어 지지되는 테이블, 상기 테이블에서 연장 형성되며 상기 고정자를 감싸는 외측벽을 가지고,상기 수단은 상기 결합관에 형성되어 상기 회전축의 상면과 접촉하는 걸림판인 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터요크는 상기 회전축에 결합되는 결합관, 상기 결합관에서 외측으로 연장 형성되며 상기 디스크가 탑재되어 지지되는 테이블, 상기 테이블에서 연장 형성되며 상기 고정자를 감싸는 외측벽을 가지고,상기 수단은 상기 회전축의 외주면에 형성되어 상기 결합관의 하면이 접촉되는 단면(段面)인 특징으로 하는 스핀들 모터.
