Claims (1)
- 석탄을 700 ~ 900℃에서 약 3~5시간 동안 태워서 석탄회를 제조하고, 석탄회 2mg을 순수 200㎖에 용해시킨 후 전기전도도가 완만해지는 4 ~ 5시간 사이에 탄종별 전기전도도 값을 도출하는 단계;상기 탄종별 석탄회의 전기전도도값과 석탄회의 성상인 염기성 성분의 합과의 상관관계를 확인하기 위하여 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하여 분석하고, 상기 전기전도도와의 연관성에 대한 회귀분석의 결과로부터 다음 식(1)과 (2)로 표시되는 회부착성 지표(Slagging Index: SI)와 배기가스 온도와의 관계식을 도출하는 단계; 및상기 관계식으로부터 배기가스 예상치의 값을 혼탄에 적용하여 석탄 혼합비율을 판정하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소 보일러 회부착 방지를 위한 석탄회 특성평가방법.전기전도도 = ― 689.7 + 240.3SI ― 7.996SI2 (1)배기가스온도 = 367.8 + 0.5590SI + 0.1078SI2 (2)
