Claims (6)
- 복수개의 마이크로채널튜브;상기 마이크로채널튜브의 양 단부에 형성되는 헤더;상기 헤더와 연결되는 관로; 및상기 헤더 중의 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되어 각각의 마이크로채널튜브로 유입되는 냉매의 양이 조절되도록 하는 냉매량 조정구조가 포함되는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 냉매량 조정구조에는 상기 마이크로채널튜브의 유입측 또는 유출측과 연결되는 크기가 다른 개공이 포함되는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 헤더에는 냉매가 모인 상태로 수용되는 집합공간과, 냉매가 상기 마이크고채널튜브와 연결되기 직전에 서로 분리되는 분리공간이 제공되고,상기 집합공간과 상기 분리공간을 분리하는 분리판에는 상기 분리공간으로 유입되는 냉매의 양을 조절하기 위한 크기가 서로 다른 개공이 형성되는 열교환기.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 개공 중에서 상기 관로와 가까운 위치에 형성되는 개공은 크기가 작고, 상기 관로와 먼 위치에 형성되는 개공은 크기가 큰 열교환기.
- 제 1 열교환기;유출측이 상기 제 1 열교환기의 유입측에 연결되는 제 2 열교환기;상기 제 1 열교환기 및 제 2 열교환기의 유입측과 유출측에 제공되는 헤더; 및상기 제 1 열교환기 및 제 2 열교환기의 내부에는 초임계상의 냉매가 유동하고, 팬을 기준으로 상기 제 1 열교환기는 제 2 열교환기의 전방에 놓여서, 상기 제 2 열교환기를 거치면서 냉각된 냉매가 상기 제 1 열교환기로 유입되도록 하여 열교환 성능이 향상되도록 하는 열교환기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 열교환기 및/또는 제 2 열교환기의 내부를 유동하는 냉매는 초임계상인 열교환기.
