Claims (11)
- 압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물로서,(a) 약 80 중량 % 이상의 철 또는 철계 분말;(b) 하나 이상의 합금화 분말; 및(c) 약 0.05 내지 약 2 중량 %의 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드의 결합제/윤활제 조합물을 포함하며,상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스는 약 1000 이하의 평균 분자량을 가지며, 상기 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드 융점 이하의 융점을 가지며, 10 내지 90 중량 %의 양으로 상기 결합제/윤활제 조합물 내에 존재하는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 철 또는 철계 분말 입자는 합금화 원소(들)의 입자와 상기 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드의 입자를 결합시키는 폴리에틸렌 왁스 층으로 코팅되는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스는 400 내지 800 범위의 평균 분자량을 갖는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합제/윤활제 조합물은 20 내지 70 중량 %의 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 80 내지 30 중량%의 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드로 제조되는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합제/윤활제 조합물은 0.5 내지 1.5 중량 %의 양으로 전체 조성물 내에 존재하는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성물의 0.005 내지 0.15, 바람직하게는 0.010 내지 0.08, 가장 바람직하게는 0.015 내지 0.07 중량 %의 지방산을 더 포함하는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 지방산은 스테아르산인,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분지성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전체 조성물의 0.01 내지 1 중량 %, 바람직하게는 0.25 내지 0.5 중량 %의 유동제를 더 포함하는,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유동제가 실리콘 이산화물인,압분체 제조용의 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물.
- 철계 분말에 결합되는 합금화 분말을 포함하는 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,철 또는 철계 분말, 합금화 원소 분말, 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드 및 가루 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 선택적으로 지방산을 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 융점 이상의 온도 및 상기 에틸렌 비스 스테알아미드의 융점 이하의 온도에서 혼합하여 가열하는 단계,괴상 입자를 형성하기 위해서 철 함유 입자에 상기 합금화 원소 입자를 결합시키며 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 응고시키기에 충분한 시간 주기 동안 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 융점 이하의 온도에서 상기 혼합물을 냉각시키는 단계, 및 선택적으로,200 nm 이하, 바람직하게는 40 nm 이하의 입자 크기를 가지며, 가루 유동제 와 상기 조성물의 0.005 내지 약 2 중량 %의 상기 혼합물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는,철계 분말에 결합되는 합금화 분말을 포함하는 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 1 내지 60분 주기 동안 70 내지 150 ℃의 온도로 가열되는,철계 분말에 결합되는 합금화 분말을 포함하는 개선된 내편석성 및 내분진성 야금 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
