Claims (6)
- 펌프 케이싱 및 라이너를 구비하는 펌프 하우징 조립체에 있어서, 상기 펌프 케이싱은 상호 조립된 위치에서 연결되는 구조를 가지는 서로 대향하는 전측부 및 후측부를 포함하는 적어도 2개의 부품을 구비하고, 상기 2개의 부품은 조립된 위치에서 펌프 케이싱의 전측부 및 후측부를 관통하는 하나 이상의 평면 내에 배치되는 공통 접합 영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조립된 위치에서 상기 라이너는 펌프 케이싱 내에 배치됨과 동시에 상기 펌프 케이싱의 전측부 및 후측부 사이에 연장하는 회전축을 중심으로 회전이 가능한 임펠러용 펌프 쳄버를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 케이싱의 2개의 부품은 상기 임펠러의 회전축선과 일치된 평면 내에 배치된 공통 접합영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라이너는 일레스토머로 일체로 성형되고, 그 라이너의 양측에는 조립된 위치에서 상기 2개의 케이싱 부품 사이에 클램핑되는 구조를 가진 환형 플랜지가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지는 시일부를 구비하고, 그 시일부는 상기 펌프 케이싱과 펌프 엔드 플레이트 조립체 사이에 형성된 캐비티 내에 수용되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 시일부는 상기 라이너와 일체로 형성된 대체로 쐐기형이고, 펌프의 가동 전 및 가동 중에 생성되는 압력에 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프 하우징 조립체.
