Claims (5)
- 내부에 구비된 시험편을 고정하는 고정 지그(Jig)가 마련되어 시험 상황을 모의적으로 제공하며 외주면 양측에 순환수의 온도를 조절할 수 있는 냉각/히터부가 마련된 시험용 챔버;상기 챔버의 하면에 연통되게 설치되어 챔버 내부에 고온/고압의 증기를 공급하는 증기 발생부;상기 증기 발생부와 연통되어 고온/고압의 시험 환경을 일정하게 유지하는 수화학 조절장치;상기 수화학 조절장치를 전기적으로 연결하여 제어하며, 챔버내에 하중과 변위에 따른 일률 등을 산출하여 표시 및 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 증기/물 혼합 환경 재료의 마모 시험장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 챔버내에 구비된 시험편의 양측에 설치되어 시험에 필요한 하중과 변위를 발생시키는 구동장치가 더 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 증기/물 혼합 환경 재료의 마모 시험장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 챔버내에 설치된 증기 발생부와 동일선상의 상부에 설치되어 증기의 함 유량을 측정할 수 있는 측정센서가 더 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 증기/물 혼합 환경 재료의 마모 시험장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 증기 발생부는,내부가 중공인 하우징;과 상기 하우징의 내주면에 설치되어 하우징에 충진된 순환수를 가열하는 다수개의 히터부;와 상기 하우징의 상부에 설치되어 증기를 배출시키는 노즐부;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 증기/물 혼합 환경 재료의 마모 시험장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 노즐부의 교체에 따라 시험부에서의 증기/물과 같은 혼합유체의 유속을 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기/물 혼합 환경 재료의 마모 시험장치.
