Claims (7)
- 인산, 인산 금속염, 물, 실리카졸 및 웨팅제를 포함하는 인산계 내산화 코팅액을 탄소-탄소 복합재에 도포하는 공정,상기 인산계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재를 열처리하는 공정,상기 열처리한 탄소-탄소 복합재에 보론, 보론 니트라이드, 인산, 암모니아, 인산 금속염, 실리카졸 및 웨팅제를 포함하는 보론계 내산화 코팅액을 도포하는 공정, 및상기 보론계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재를 열처리하는 공정으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,인산계 내산화 코팅액이 인산 10∼30중량%, 인산 금속염 40∼60중량%, 물 10∼30중량%, 실리카졸 1∼10중량% 및 웨팅제 0.1~1중량%로 되며,보론계 내산화 코팅액이 보론 20∼30중량%, 보론 니트라이드 1∼5중량%, 인산 40∼50중량%, 암모니아 2∼10중량%, 인산 금속염 5∼10중량%, 실리카졸 1∼5중량% 및 웨팅제 0.1∼1중량%로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,인산 금속염은 인산알루미늄, 인산망간 및 인산아연으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택하는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,웨팅제는 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,인산계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재 및 보론계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재의 열처리를 각각 600 ∼ 800℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서,인산계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재 및 보론계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재의 열처리를 불활성 가스 분위기 하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서,인산계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재 및 보론계 내산화 코팅액이 도포된 탄소-탄소 복합재의 열처리시의 승온 속도가 각각 8℃/분~10℃/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-탄소 복합재의 내산화 방법.
