Abstract

본 고안은 안전 창호구조에 관한 것으로, 안전 창호(100) 구조는 개폐 레버(111)를 내측으로 구비한 창틀(110)과, 상기 창틀(110)의 개폐 레버(111)에 프레임(121)의 측면을 결합하여 개폐하는 창(120), 및 상기 창틀(110)의 하부와 창(120)의 하부를 지지 바(136)로 연결하되 지지 바(136)를 교차시켜 창(120)이 열릴 때 개폐 공간을 커버 할 수 있도록 하는 안전부(130)를 포함하여 구성하므로, 들창의 개폐부분을 적절하게 계폐 량에 따라 적절하게 대응하여 차단하므로 추락 등의 안전사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있도록 하고 외부에서의 침입을 억제하도록 하는 것이다.

Description

안전 창호구조{Safe sliding windows and doors structure}
본 고안은 안전 창호 구조에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 사용자의 부주위로 인한 추락 사고를 억제하고 외부에서 침입을 방지하도록 하는 안전 창호 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 창호란 창(Window)과 문(Door)의 총칭으로서, 창은 주로 채광, 환기 등의 목적에 사용되고 문은 사람이나 물건의 출입을 목적으로 사용된다
이러한 창호는 외부와 내부를 구획하는 벽체의 기능을 수행하기 때문에 기밀성, 단열성, 수밀성, 방음성, 내풍압성 등이 높아야 함은 당연하다.
나아가 창호 기능은 외벽과 유사하게 외부로부터의 기상변화 또는 외부의 침입자로부터 실내를 보호하고, 외부의 소음 및 내부의 빛ㆍ소음을 차단하며, 통풍이나 환기 또는 채광의 기능을 가지고, 창호를 개폐함에 따라 외부와 실내를 차단하는 기능을 가진다.
한편 국내 공개특허 제10-2010-0106948호(추락방지용 안전장치)가 제시되어 지지부가 내부에 수용되고, 제1 및 제2고정부 사이에 결합되는 안전봉 및 한쪽은 제1고정부에 고정되고 다른 쪽은 지지부에 고정되는 이탈방지 와이어를 포함하고 있으나 추락사고의 위험성을 완벽하게 제거할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
더욱이, 들창의 경우에는 창을 회전시켜 들어올리거나 내려 개폐하므로 단수차단으로는 개폐동작이 불편하게 되고 하단이 원호 상으로 이동하므로 추락방지를 위한 구조의 설치가 까다롭고 이로 인하여 이러한 구조나 장치가 전무한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안의 주목적은 들창의 개폐부분을 적절하게 계폐 량에 따라 적절하게 대응하여 차단하므로 추락 등의 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하고 외부에서의 침입을 억제하도록 하는 안전 창호 구조를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안의 안전 창호 구조는 개폐 레버를 내측으로 구비한 창틀과; 상기 창틀의 개폐 레버에 프레임의 측면을 결합하여 개폐하는 창 및 상기 창틀의 하부와 창의 하부를 지지 바로 연결하되 지지 바를 교차시켜 창이 열릴 때 개폐 공간을 커버 할 수 있도록 하는 안전부를 포함하여 구성하되; 상기 안전부는 창의 하부에 가이드프레임을 부착하고, 창틀에 가이드프레임과 대응하는 가이드프레임을 부착하여 상호 마주하도록 하되, 각각의 가이드프레임의 슬라이드 홈에 지지 바를 양단을 각각 삽입하고 지지 바를 교차시켜 교차부분을 결합 핀으로 결합하여 구성함을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
따라서 본 고안의 안전 창호 구조는 먼저, 창을 밀면서 들어올리면 창이 회전하면서 열리게 되고 이와 동시에 교차시킨 지지 바가 슬라이딩 되면서 펼쳐지고 가이드프레임이 회동하여 상쇄시킴으로 지지 바가 슬라이딩 되면서 원활하게 펼쳐져 개폐 공간을 차단하므로 추락 등의 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하고 외부에서의 침입을 억제하도록 하는 효과가 있는 것이다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참조하면서 본 고안의 실시 예를 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내 지 도 7 에 나타낸 바와 같이, 안전 창호(100) 구조는 개폐 레버(111)를 내측으로 구비한 창틀(110)과, 상기 창틀(110)의 개폐 레버(111)에 프레임(121)의 측면을 결합하여 개폐하는 창(120), 및 상기 창틀(110)의 하부와 창(120)의 하부를 지지 바(136)로 연결하되 지지 바(136)를 교차시켜 창(120)이 열릴 때 개폐 공간을 커버 할 수 있도록 하는 안전부(130)를 포함하여 구성한다.
상기 창틀(110)과 창(120)은 은 통상의 재질로 형성하되 개폐 레버(111)로 연결하여 개폐하도록 한다.
여기서 창틀(110)과 창(120)은 상측에 경첩(나타내지 않음) 등으로 결합하여 상측으로 들어올리면서 개폐할 수 있도록 한다.
나아가, 창틀(110)과 창(120)에는 별도의 잠금장치(나타내지 않음)를 구비하여 사용함이 바람직하다.
상기 안전부(130)는 창(120)의 하부에 가이드프레임(131)을 부착하고, 창틀(110)에 가이드프레임(131)과 대응하는 가이드프레임(131)을 부착하여 상호 마주하도록 하되 각각의 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132)에 지지 바(136)를 양단을 각각 삽입하고 지지 바(136)를 교차시켜 상호 연결하도록 한다.
여기서 지지 바(136)의 교차부분을 결합 핀(137)으로 결합하여 지지 바(136)가 'X' 형상으로 펼쳐질 수 있도록 한다.
더불어 교차시킨 지지 바(136)의 양단은 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132) 내부로 삽입하되 지지 바(136)에 슬라이드 돌기(138)를 결합하여 가이드프레임(131)에 원활하게 슬라이딩 되면서 결합 핀(137)을 기준으로 접히거나 펼쳐질 수 있도록 한다.
더욱이 교차시킨 지지 바(136)의 일 측은 핀 결합하여 회전만 할 수 있도록 하고 타 측에만 슬라이드 돌기(138)를 결합하여 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132)을 따라 슬라이딩하도록 함이 바람직하다.
나아가 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132)은 상하로 한 쌍으로 형성하여 교차시킨 각각의 지지 바(136)를 상하로 나누어 상기와 같이 결합하여 상호 간섭을 최소화도록 함이 바람직하다.
특히 가이드프레임(131)의 좌우 단에는 회전축(133)을 형성하여 가이드프레임(131)이 창틀(110)과 창(120)에 구멍을 천공하여 결합하거나 별도의 가이드 구(134)를 구비하고 가이드 구(134)에 축 공(135)을 천공하여 가이드 구(134)를 창틀(110)과 창(120)에 체결하여 결합할 수 있다.
한편, 교차시킨 지지 바(136)의 복수로 설치하되 충분하게 개폐공간을 충분하게 할 수 있도록 함이 바람직하다.
이러한 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 창(120)을 밀면서 들어올리면 창(120)이 회전하면서 열리게 되고 이와 동시에 교차시킨 지지 바(136)가 슬라이딩 되면서 결합 핀(137)을 기준으로 펼쳐지면서 개폐 공간을 적절하게 커버링하여 부 주위로 인한 추락사고 등을 억제함과 동시에 외부에서 침입을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
더욱이, 창(120)을 들어올리므로 발생하는 각도의 변화를 가이드프레임(131)이 회전축(133)을 기준으로 회동하여 상쇄시킴으로 가이드프레임(131)에 결합시킨 지지 바(136)가 슬라이딩 되면서 원활하게 작동할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 개폐 레버(111)를 내측으로 구비한 창틀(110)과,
    상기 창틀(110)의 개폐 레버(111)에 프레임(121)의 측면을 결합하여 개폐하는 창(120), 및
    상기 창틀(110)의 하부와 창(120)의 하부를 지지 바(136)로 연결하고 지지 바(136)를 교차시켜 창(120)이 열릴 때 개폐 공간을 커버 할 수 있도록 하되, 창(120)의 하부에 가이드프레임(131)을 부착하고 창틀(110)에 가이드프레임(131)과 대응하는 가이드프레임(131)을 부착하여 상호 마주하도록 하며, 각각의 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132)에 지지 바(136)를 양단을 각각 삽입하고 지지 바(136)를 교차시켜 교차부분을 결합 핀(137)으로 결합한 안전부(130)로 구성하되,
    상기 교차시킨 지지 바(136)의 양단은 가이드프레임(131)의 슬라이드 홈(132) 내부로 삽입하되 지지 바(136)에 슬라이드 돌기(138)를 결합하고, 교차시킨 지지 바(136)의 일 측은 핀 결합하여 회전만 할 수 있도록 하고 타 측에만 슬라이드 돌기(138)를 결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창호 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드프레임(131)의 좌우 단에는 회전축(133)을 형성하여 가이드프레임(131)이 창틀(110)과 창(120)에 구멍을 천공하여 결합하거나 가이드 구(134)를 구비하고 가이드 구(134)에 축 공(135)을 천공하여 가이드 구(134)를 창틀(110)과 창(120)에 체결하여 결합할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 창호 구조.
