본 고안의 랩핑장치는, 이러한 압착롤 동시 이동에 의해서 압착롤 세팅시간이 획기적으로 단축되게 된다. 종래의 랩핑장치는 하나의 프로파일에 대해 랩핑작업이 완료되면, 작업하였던 압착롤들을 해제하고, 다음 랩핑작업할 프로파일의 형상에 맞추어 압착롤 각각의 위치를 이동시킨 후 압착롤을 개략적으로 다시 재조립하고, 또한 이들을 미세조정하여 다음 작업을 할 수 있었다. 그런데, 본 고안에서는 압착롤을 일일이 해제할 필요가 없고, 상기 압착롤 장착프레임(120)만을 이동시킴으로써 여러개의 압착롤이 동시에 이동하는 효과가 있게 된다. 따라서, 압착롤을 하나씩 해제하여 위치를 이동시켜야 하는 불편함이 해소되는 것이다. 다만, 본 고안에서도 상기 압착롤 장착프레임(120)을 이동시켜서 압착롤을 전반적으로 이동시킨 후에도 각각의 압착롤을 미세조정하여야 하는 과정은 남아 있지만, 종래 방법에 비해서 압착롤 조정에 소요되는 세팅시간이 크게 줄어들었다. 실제 작업을 수행한 결과 세팅 소요시간이 약 50% 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 기존 방식 세팅시간 평균은 약 42분이었으나, 본 고안에 따른 세팅 소요시간은 약 20분 소요되었다.In the wrapping apparatus of the present invention, the pressing roll setting time is significantly shortened by the simultaneous movement of the pressing rolls.
