Claims (3)
- 전면 기판상에 형성된 주사 전극과 유지 전극으로 이루어지는 표시 전극을 덮는 제 1 유전체층과, 배면 기판상에 형성된 데이터 전극을 덮는 제 2 유전체층을 가지며, 상기 제 1 유전체층 및/또는 상기 제 2 유전체층의 둘레가 0 이외의 곡률 반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유전체층 및/또는 상기 제 2 유전체층은 전사 필름으로부터 전사된 전구체 재료층을 소성하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유전체층 및/또는 상기 제 2 유전체층은 감광성을 갖는 전구체 재료층을 소성하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
