Claims (8)
- 발열체에 있어서,구리나 금속 합금선으로 이루어진 2가닥의 도체(10)와,상기 도체(10) 외주연에 내열수지로 압출 성형되는 온도조절 기능을 갖는 내열성 컴파운드(30)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도체(10)에 0~500V 직류나 교류 전압을 공급하는 전원부(20)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내열성 컴파운드(30)는 내열성 고분자 수지 60 ~ 80 중량%와, 부가형 백금촉매 2 ~ 4 중량%와, 도전성 성분계 10 ~ 30 중량%와, 첨가제 0.5 ~ 1 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직류형 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내열성 컴파운드(30) 외주면에 옥, 게류마늄, 세라믹 분말로 이루어진 외부피복재(40)로 절연하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 직류형 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경화성 컴파운드(30) 외주면에 폴리에스터섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유와 내열절연기능성을 가진 섬유로 편조한 후 실리콘수지, 불소수지, 폴리에스텔 수지, 폴리아마이드 수지와 같은 외부피복재(40)로 절연하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경화성 수지는 실리콘고무, 아소프렌고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌고무, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 고무를 포함한 내열수지와 도전성을 나타내 주는 카본블랙, 금속분말, 도전성 고분자수지를 포함한 것을 특징으로 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 외부피복재(30) 외주연으로 기능성 원단(50)을 덮고 그 상면을 라미네이팅지(60)로 코딩 처리하여 라미네이팅재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직류형 온도자율조절 기능을 갖는 발열체.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서,상기 발열체를 방한복(90)의 앞면과 뒷면 내부에 설치하고, 상기 발열체의 도체에 리드선(80)을 연결하고, 상기 리드선(80) 연결된 발열체 중 한곳에 전원을 공급하는 전원부(20)를 연결하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 발열체를 이용한 제품.
