Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 2 illustrates a method for manufacturing a radiator panel assembly according to the present invention and at the same time shows a radiator panel assembly is completed by the manufacturing method.

That is, the radiator panel assembly according to the present invention is a plastic member integrally injection-molded in the radiator panel frame 10 and the radiator panel frame 10 as shown in the middle of the radiator panel frame 10 made of a metal member shown on the left side of FIG. The subassemblies 20 are combined to form a finished product (radiator panel assembly) 30 as shown on the right.

Of course, the plastic material accessory part 20 made of the plastic shown in the middle is substantially shaped as easily understood by the shape obtained in the injection molding process is not manufactured in the shape as shown separately.

Here, the radiator panel frame 10 is the left and right vertical to connect and support the upper frame 1 and the lower frame (2) formed in the horizontal direction and the upper frame (1) and the lower frame (2) in the vertical direction Frames 3 and 4 were used to provide the rigidity required by the radiator panel with four metal presses.

Of course, the radiator panel frame 10 may have a slight increase or decrease in the number of parts, a partial change in components, and the like depending on the model of the vehicle to be applied.

In addition, the radiator panel frame 10 is to prevent the corrosion by the end portion is wrapped by the injection molded plastic as shown in Figure 3, the radiator panel frame 10 to reinforce its rigidity In order to provide a plurality of reinforcing ribs 21 formed by the injection molded plastic.

Of course, to wrap the end portion of the radiator panel frame 10 or to form the reinforcing ribs 21 is made at the same time by injection molding the plastic accessory component 20.

As described above, the method for manufacturing the radiator panel assembly 30 is performed by forming a radiator panel frame 10 by forming a radiator panel frame 10 by processing a member that should be responsible for the main rigidity of the radiator panel assembly with a metal material (steel, etc.) as described above. It is made by molding by injection molding plastic resin in the inserted state.

Therefore, the number of parts required for manufacturing is greatly reduced from more than 20 conventional parts to 4-5 parts, and the manufacturing process also excludes a welding process in which a plurality of parts are joined by welding. All assembly work is simplified by one injection molding process, and the weight of the finished product is greatly reduced by replacing most metal parts with lightweight plastic.

As described above, according to the present invention, only a few parts of the component for securing rigidity are formed of a metal material and the remaining accessory parts are integrally formed of a lightweight plastic material, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment, and a new model. It can provide great flexibility of design change in the application, and the corrosion of metal components is prevented and the product weight is reduced.
