Claims (4)
- 후방의 슴베(31)가 칼 손잡이(32) 속으로 삽입 고정되고, 칼등(33)으로부터 칼날(34)까지 임의의 높이(H3)를 가지는 조리용 칼에 있어서,상기 칼날(34)로부터 상기 높이(H3)의 약 1/3 이하의 위치에서 칼 본체(30)의 좌, 우 양측면에 길이 방향을 따라 각각의 좌, 우 단턱부(35a)(35b)가 생성되도록 각각의 함몰부(36a)(36b)를 구비하고,상기한 칼날(34)의 각도(θ3)는 약 10°∼ 25°로 하되, 칼날 두께의 중심선(CL)으로부터 좌측면 각도(θ2)와 우측면 각도(θ1)의 오차가 약 0°∼ 4°이내가 되도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 식칼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 좌, 우 함몰부(36a)(36b)와 이 함몰부에 의해 생성된 좌, 우 단턱부(35a)(35b)는 서로 동일한 높이에 있지 않고 엇갈린 위치에 있도록 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 식칼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 좌, 우 단턱부(35a)(35b)는 그 각각의 모서리(37a)(37b)가 가지는폭(W1)이 상기한 칼등(33)의 두께(W2)보다 크지 않도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 식칼.
- 후방의 슴베(31)가 칼 손잡이(32) 속으로 삽입 고정되고, 칼등(33)으로부터 칼날(34)까지 임의의 높이(H3)를 가지는 조리용 칼에 있어서,상기 칼날(34)로부터 상기 높이(H3)의 하반부 위치에서 칼 본체(30)의 좌, 우 양측면에 길이 방향을 따라 서로 다른 높이의 함몰부(36a)(36b)를 각각 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하는 조리용 식칼.
