본 고안은 엔진배기가스를 이용한 디젤엔진의 매연소진 제거장치에 관한 것으로 디젤엔진의 배기관 끝에 매연여과기를 연장하여 설치하되 여과기의 매연유입구에서 여과기의 여과실 후측으로 배기가스우회로를 연통 설치하여 여과실 후측에 설치된 회전분사관에 연결하고 여과기의 매연유입구와 배기가스우회로 와의 분기점에는 선택 개폐변을 설치하며 매연유입구에 연통된 매연유입실에는 하향 집진실을 형성하여 거기에 전극판을 설치하므로서 엔진 가동시 고속회전에는 선택 개폐변이 배기가스우회로를 폐색하고 매연유입구를 개방하여 매연이 여과실을 통과하면서 여과되었다가 엔진의 저속회전에는 선택 개폐변이 매연유입구를 폐색하고 배기가스우회로를 개방하여 배기가스가 회전분사관을 통해 분사되면서 여과실내의 그을음을 탈진시켜 매연유입실의 하향집진실로 집진시키므로서 전극판에 의하여 그을음이 소진제거케 한다.The present invention relates to an exhaust gas removal device for a diesel engine using an engine exhaust gas.
