Description
Claims (9)
- 기판상에 적어도 기록보조재와 유전체재를 혼합하여 형성한 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔을 조사하고, 상기 유전체재의 적어도 일부의 상태를 변화시키는 것에 의해 광학특성을 변화시켜 정보를 기록하고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록재생방법.
- 기판상에 적어도 기록보조재와 유전체재를 혼합하여 형성한 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔을 조사하고, 상기 기록보조재의 적어도 일부의 상태를 변화시키는 것에 의해 광학특성을 변화시켜 정보를 기록하고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록재생방법.
- 기판상에 적어도 기록보조재와 유전체재를 혼합하여 형성한 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔을 조사하고, 상기 유전체재의 적어도 일부 및 기록보조재의 적어도 일부의 상태를 변화시키는 것에 의해 광학특성을 변화시켜 정보를 기록하고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하여 상기 정보를 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록재생방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유전체재 및 기록보조재의 적어도 한쪽의 상태변화가 결정성장인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록재생방법.
- 기판과, 적어도 상기 기판상에 기록보조재 및 유전체재를 혼합하여 설치된 기록층으로 이루어지며, 상기 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔이 조사되고, 상기 기록보조재의 적어도 일부가 상태 변화하는 것에 의해 광학특성이 변화하여 정보가 기록되고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하는 것에 의해 상기 정보의 재생이 가능해진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 기판과, 적어도 상기 기판상에 상태변화의 촉진재를 포함한 기록보조재 및 상태변화를 일으키는 모재를 포함하는 유전체재를 혼합하여 설치된 기록층으로 이루어지며, 상기 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔이 조사되고, 상기 모재의 적어도 일부가 상태 변화하는 것에 의해 광학특성이 변화하여 정보가 기록되고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하는 것에 의해 상기 정보의 재생이 가능해진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 기판과, 적어도 상기 기판상에 상태변화의 촉진재를 포함한 기록보조재 및 상태변화를 일으키는 모재를 포함하는 유전체재를 혼합하여 설치된 기록층으로 이루어지며, 상기 기록층에 외부로부터 기록되어야 할 정보에 따라서 강도 변조된 레이저빔이 조사되고, 상기 기록보조재의 적어도 일부 및 상기 유전체재의 적어도 일부가 상태 변화하는 것에 의해 광학특성이 변화하여 정보가 기록되고, 또 이 광학특성의 변화에 따른 반사율의 변화를 판독하는 것에 의해 상기 정보의 재생이 가능해진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 기판과, 적어도 상기 기판상에 기록보조재 및 유전체재를 혼합하여 설치된 기록층으로 이루어지며, 상기 기록보조재는 Sn, Ti, Si, Bi, Ge, C, V, W, Zr, Zn, Mg, Mn, Ag, Al, Nb, Au, Cu, Ta 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되는 원소를 주성분으로서 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 유전체재는 Al2O3, AlN, ZnO, ZnS, GeN, GeCrN, CeO2, SiO, SiO2, Ta2O5, SiC, MgO, MgF, LaSiON, Si3N4, TiO2, InSnO로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 재료를 주성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
