Claims (2)
- 알루미늄을 첨가하여 사용하는 용융아연도금 또는 알루미늄도금에서 드로스가 침적 구조물에 부착되는 것을 억제하기 위한 방법에 있어서,용융도금욕조에 설치된 초음파 진동자를 갖춘 하나 이상의 초음파 발생수단으로서 일정 주파수와 진폭을 갖는 초음파를 도금욕에 가하여 도금욕중의 드로스가 구조물에 부착되는 것을 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금욕조의 구조물 드로스부착 억제방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 발생수단의 초음파 진동자에서 도금욕에 조사되는 주파수는 10 - 100 kHz 으로 형성되고, 상기 초음파 진동부 끝단에서의 최대 진폭은 3-50 ㎛ 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금욕조의 구조물 드로스부착 억제방법
