Description

Radius rod mounting structure in bus}Radius rod mounting structure in bus

The present invention relates to a radial rod coupling structure of a bus, and more particularly, a bus that is capable of reducing work time during assembly while reducing weight by uniting coupling parts that are mounted at intervals in a separated state. It relates to a radial rod coupling structure.

In general, a suspension device for a passenger vehicle is a device that transmits driving force from an engine to a driving wheel to drive a vehicle, transmits a braking force at the time of braking to a vehicle body, and absorbs the weight of a vehicle and an impact from a road surface. There are several types, including McPherson and swing axle suspensions.

Such a suspension device is usually provided with a lower arm provided downward so as to face an upper arm provided between a knuckle equipped with a wheel and a vehicle body, and is provided at the lower arm portion and the vehicle body portion to absorb shocks applied from the road surface. As the shock absorber is installed, the stabilizer is made to maintain the turning stability when the vehicle is turning.

However, a large vehicle, which is a commercial vehicle such as a truck or a bus, uses an independent suspension that mainly uses air, unlike the suspension of such a passenger vehicle. As shown in FIG. To connect the axle A with the wheels W and the frame F, or to use a lateral rod such as a rod or a radial rod to maintain the front and rear positions. Absorption and attenuation of vibration transmitted to the vehicle body for the up, down, left and right movement of the shaft increases stability while preventing the suspension from twisting.

As such, a rear suspension such as a bus improves stability by using a rod R, of which a pair of radial rods 1 and 1 'is illustrated as using a radial rod. And a radial rod (1,1 ') fixed to the axle (A) with one side mounted to the frame (F) and the other side mounted to the axle (A) at regular intervals between and the frame (F), respectively. The site is mounted via the fixed ends (1a, 1b) interposed therein bush (1a ', 1b').

However, such a pair of radial rods (1, 1 ') is relatively wider than the site where the mounting portion of the frame (F) is mounted to the axle (A) via a separate fixed end (1a, 1b). When the lateral force acting on the radial rods (1,1 ') is applied through the mounting point of the axle (A) portion is formed long and supported by the fixed end on both sides of the bush (1a', 1b ') due to its structural characteristics, it is not distributed and concentrated, so that the strong and continually applied lateral bushes detach the bushes 1a' and 1b 'from the fixed ends 1a and 1b and weaken their durability. do.

In addition, since the mounting portions of the radial rods (1, 1 ') and the axle (A) are mounted on the axle (A) in a state where they are separated from each other through separate fixed ends (1a, 1b), As a result, as well as the increase in weight, there is a disadvantage that the increase in the number of work during assembly work.

Therefore, the present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned, and the radial rods mounted at intervals on the frame and at each other are mounted on the axle in an integrated state to enhance durability and at the same time reduce weight. The purpose is to reduce the working time.

The present invention for achieving the above object, while the pair of radial rods forming the suspension of the bus is mounted at a predetermined interval on the frame side, respectively, at one point by a fixed end inserted with a bush on the axle side It is characterized by being integrated and mounted.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

3 is a diagram showing a coupling structure of the radial rod according to the present invention, in the present invention, a pair of radial rods (1,1 ') is provided with a predetermined distance between the axle (A) and the frame (F), respectively. The axle A is mounted on the frame F and the other side is mounted on the axle A, and the radial rods 1 and 1 ′ fixed to the frame F are mounted at regular intervals, respectively. The radial rod (1, 1 ') portion fixed to the side is integrated and mounted at one point by the fixed end (1a) into which the bush (1a') is inserted.

Here, of course, the fixed end (1a) and the bush (1a ') inserted into it are formed in a circular shape.

Accordingly, the present invention, when a force acting on the radial rod (1, 1 ') is applied to the mounting point of the axle (A), a pair of radial rod (1, 1') is axle (A) In the fixed end portion 1a mounted at one point, the lateral stiffness force acts as in the conventional case described above, but the present invention is subjected to an axial load unlike the conventional case described above due to its circular structure. When the same force is applied, it is mounted integrally to form a circular shape to improve the durability of about 10 times the stiffness of the axial rigidity.

That is, in the present invention, since the lateral force applied to the mounting point of the axle A portion of the radial rods 1 and 1 'is converted to the horizontal direction by the circular bush 1a' structure of the mounting point, the lateral force is eventually obtained. Of course, by dispersing the concentration of the force in all directions, it is possible to further strengthen the separation and durability of the bush (1a ').

In addition, the present invention, since the pair of radial rods (1, 1 ') is mounted on the axle (A) by one point, compared with the conventional case described above, while the welding area for the mounting portion of the axle (A) is less Of course, the weight reduction and the assembly process can be reduced due to the reduction of parts.

As described above, according to the present invention, while mounting one end of the radial rod on the frame side at a predetermined interval, the other end is integrated and mounted on the axle side via a circular bush through the side to the side of the vehicle Even if this is applied, it can be distributed in the axial direction to enhance durability, and to reduce the weight by assembling one part and to reduce the working time during assembly.
